ROOKERY’S SIGNATURE SPA DAY - £100.00 We have developed our own indulgent treatment, specially designed to enrich the senses and promote deep relaxation. The Signature Treatment includes: A welcome foot ritual, followed by a back cleanse and a full body exfoliation. Then warm oil is drizzled over your body before you are cocooned in a nourishing wrap, whilst you continue to relax with a calming scalp massage. Once unwrapped a light Hawaiian Wave massage is performed to push the oil deeper into your skin, so you are left feeling drenched in moisture. GYM MEMBERSHIP - £27.50 PER MONTH - £300.00 PER ANNUM Our top of the range gym features cardiovascular and strength equipment by leading designer Technogym to motivate, monitor and manage your fitness. Our facilities include:  Treadmills  Cross Trainers  Exercise Bikes  Rowing Machines  Plurima Multi-Station

(Please note that the gym is unsupervised and guests use the facilites at their own risk. The gym is only open to guests aged 16 years and over). The Gym is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

How to Spa SPA RESERVATIONS We welcome individuals and groups of all sizes at Rookery Retreat & Spa. All spa use and spa/beauty treatments must be pre-booked a minimum of 72 hours in advance. Please note, we cannot guarantee availability. Opening hours are subject to change.

GIFT VOUCHERS Spoil someone you love by treating them to a fabulous spa day or experience. Gift vouchers are available for all spa experiences, beauty treatments and products, (excluding any offers). Vaild for 6 months only. Available from spa reception or via our website.

Spa Etiquette Your Treatment:

Guests must complete a medical questionnaire, so please arrive 30 minutes before your treatment time. Skin patch testing 24 hours prior to treatment may be required. Certain medical conditions prohibit us from providing treatments. If you are in any doubt, please contact spa reception at least 48 hours prior to your visit.

Deposit:

A 50% non refundable deposit per person is required for all appointments and spa breaks. If your are booking a course of treatments, full payment is due in advance.

Cancellations:

Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your treatment, otherwise you will be charged the full cost.

Clothing:

Bathing costumes need to be worn by all spa clients.

Mobile Phones:

For the benefit of other patrons, all mobile phones must be switched off.

Smoking:

We operate a non-smoking policy inside the spa building.

Food & Drink:

No food or drinks are allowed to be brought in and consumed on the premises.

Hotel Guests:

Full use of spa and gym facilities is free of charge to hotel guests. Upon check out, the spa facilities can only be used until 12pm. A towel is only provided for hotel guests, robe and flip flops may be hired for ÂŁ5.

Age Restrictions: The spa and gym are only open to guests aged 16 years and over. Please consult the Spa Manager for further information. Pregnancy:

Ladies in the first trimester of their pregnancy need to be aware that all body and facial therapies are contraindicated until they have passed 14 weeks.
