PRISMA Impianti was created from the merging of three companies, operating since 1980 in the field of civil and industrial plant engineering. Our company, a leading supplier of turnkey plants, is specialized in revamping existing plants, thanks to the competences developed in electro-instrumental, mechanic and automation fields.
PRISMA Impianti nasce dalla fusione di tre società distinte, operanti sin dal 1980 nel settore dell’impiantistica civile e industriale. Le competenze maturate in ambito elettro-strumentale, meccanico e di automazione hanno permesso alla società di realizzare con successo impianti “chiavi in mano”, e di specializzarsi nei revamping di impianti esistenti.
This experience and the development of specific know-how has helped PRISMA Impianti become a benchmark in a variety of industries, from Iron&Steel to Oil&Gas. Our company is in fact able to operate as an EPC Contractor supplying entirely new plants. Expertise and excellence have allowed PRISMA Impianti to successfully develop complex projects and plants both in Italy and abroad.
Queste esperienze, in aggiunta al know how specifico dei tecnici PRISMA Impianti, hanno permesso alla società di affermare la propria leadership in diversi settori, dalla Siderurgia all’Oil & Gas, ed anche di operare come EPC Contractor (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) su nuovi impianti. Professionalità ed eccellenza hanno portato alla realizzazione di progetti ed impianti complessi sia in Italia che all’estero.

This social responsibility, starting from a specific attention given to the work place, also extends to the numerous activities financed for the benefit of the environment and the communities of the southern Alessandria
area, including the “Sentiero Vallemme” (Vallemme Towpath), an initiative started in May 2008, aimed at enhancing the area where the company was founded, assigning part of it as a pedestrian area, the ideal location for the development of tourist activities. The historical headquarters of the company in Basaluzzo (province of Alessandria) is one of the first in the area to employ solar energy thanks to a photovoltaic plant that meets most of its energy needs.

Prisma Impianti S.p.A. is a leading supplier of “turnkey” plants, particularly in the field of Automation Systems for Industrial Processes; furthermore, thanks to the extensive know-how developed over the years, Prisma Impianti has become a leader in revamping existing plants. Being a system integrator, PRISMA Impianti is able to use any type of product, and therefore has greater scope than a company which exclusively integrates its own components. Concerning new plants, our company is able to operate as an EPC Contractor, starting from the green field. As an automation supplier, Prisma Impianti can also perform as a Main Automation Contractor. As our company acquires and develops autonomously the “automation package”, the Main Contractor benefits from the reduction of work load and responsibilities.

PRISMA Impianti è leader nella fornitura di impianti “chiavi in mano”, in particolare nell’ambito dei sistemi di Automazione per Processi Industriali; l’esperienza maturata nei trent’anni di attività permette in particolare di eccellere nei revamping di impianti esistenti. Ponendosi sul mercato in veste di System Integrator, PRISMA Impianti è in grado di utilizzare ogni tipo di prodotto presente sul mercato e richiesto dal Cliente, con un maggior campo d’azione rispetto agli integratori di proprio hardware. Sui nuovi impianti la società è in grado di operare come EPC Contractor; quale fornitore di automazione può inoltre rivestire il ruolo di Main Automation Contractor. Acquisendo e sviluppando in autonomia il “pacchetto automazione” dal Main Contractor, Prisma Impianti può dunque assumersi parte del carico di lavoro e delle responsabilità.
