More About The Project
Located in Alexandria VA, this 275,000 site is to be transformed from current affordable housing, to a mixeduse, mixed-income housing complex. Half of the units are to be affordable, while the other half will be market rate units. This complex should not only create a livable space for the residents, but also enhance the community. With the site being only a 5-minute walk from the Braddock metro station, the goal is to have an FAR of 3.
