APPLY Submit your application online through King’s CareerConnect to one of our providers or employers. Each opportunity will include transparent selection criteria to help you understand what they are looking for.
INTERVIEW Conduct a short telephone or Skype interview with the provider or employer. We will run interview workshops to make sure you present yourself in the best light.

• Login to CareerConnect and select “Profile”, then “Update Profile” • Select “Email Preferences” and tick the King’s Internships related newsletters under “General Email Preferences”
How to access CareerConnect • Current students are automatically registered with CareerConnect and you can use your network ID and password to login • The first time you login, you will be asked to set up your profile to receive targeted information and emails based on your preferences

KING’S EXCLUSIVE We have directly found high-quality internships across the world which are free and exclusive to King’s students. There is pre-departure support from King’s and you will find a variety of paid and unpaid opportunities.
SELF-SOURCE This is suitable for students who have a clear idea of an internship location and sector. We provide advice for finding your own internship and the essential quality assurance, pre-departure support and guidance once you have registered.
Internship Sectors We source and support internships in a wide range of industry sectors. Our programme is open to all students, from all faculties. We encourage applications from a diverse background and actively support Widening Participation.
