Bienvenidos a San Luis, Bienvenidos al Tour Femenino de San Luis! Para algunas de ustedes y sus colaboradores y equipos otra vez estaremos juntos! Para otros, los que vienen por primera vez a San Luis, nuestra mas cálida y cordial bienvenida. Este, que era un sueño un tiempo atrás, hoy es una realidad gracias al fundamental apoyo de la provincia de San Luis, de los auspiciantes y de los colaboradores todos y cada uno. Este equipo de trabajo nos enorgullece y obliga a trabajar todo el año, nuestro propósito es que San Luis, con sus impecables rutas, sea partícipe del progreso del ciclismo femenino argentino en este camino hacia los más altos escaños de los podios panamericano, mundial y olímpico atesorando logros. Gracias a la tecnología, el internet y las transmisiones en directo, podrán verse y apreciarse en todo el mundo sus maravillosas imágenes que las harán protagonistas. Son ustedes quienes ponen a vibrar el ciclismo en todo el mundo! Gracias por ello!

En nombre de todos los sanluiseños, lo invitamos a visitar nuestra hermosa provincia para vivir la competencia ciclística femenina más importante del continente. San Luis es un pueblo que concibe al deporte como su principal herramienta de promoción turística y como al eje central de su política de salud. Desde hace casi una década, enero en San Luis, es sinónimo de ciclismo. A nuestro prestigioso Tour de San Luis le hemos sumado el Tour Femenino San Luis. Las mejores ciclistas se dan cita en nuestra tierra para recorrer las modernas rutas y autopistas brindando un espectáculo que no tiene comparaciones en ningún rincón de nuestro continente. Lo invitamos a conocer nuestra provincia, a visitar nuestros paisajes, nuestros lagos, cerros y valles. Lo invitamos a disfrutar de todos nuestros atractivos, enero es ciclismo en San Luis. Además lo esperamos en marzo con el carnaval de Rio de Janeiro en San Luis y en cada momento del año, lo invitamos a disfrutar de una provincia que trabaja para que quienes nos visitan, elijan volver y para que quienes deciden volver, nos elijan para cumplir sus mejores sueños. Art. 1. ORGANIZADOR La entidad Club Ciclista Estancia Grande, representada por Dña. Delfina Frers, Directora General de la prueba, domiciliada en Almacén de Ramos Particulares – Los Cedros – Estancia Grande – San Luis (Argentina), teléfono: +54 2664 778833, email: delfinafrers@mac.com, es titular de la prueba, III GRAN PRIX SAN LUIS FEMENINO categoría WE 1.2, que se disputará el 10 de enero 2015, organiza la misma de acuerdo con Reglamento del Deporte Ciclista de la U.C.I. y con las siguientes disposiciones particulares debidamente aprobadas y autorizadas por la Federación Argentina Pista y Ruta, (FAPyR).
Art. 1. ORGANISATEUR L’entité Club Ciclista Estancia Grande, représentée par Mme. Delfina Frers Directeur General de l’épreuve, domiciliée Almacén de Ramos Particulares – Los Cedros –Estancia Grande – San Luís (Argentina) tel. +54 2664 778833, e-mail: delfinafrers@mac.com, il est titulaire du l’épreuve, III GRAN PRIX DE SAN LUIS FEMENINO catégorie WE 1.2 qui sera disputée du 10 janvier 2015, organisée d’accord au Règlement du Sport Cycliste de la U.C.I. et avec les suivantes disposition particulières dûment approuvées et autorisées par la Federación Argentina Pista y Ruta (FAPyR).
Art. 1 ORGANIZER The institution Club Ciclista Estancia Grande, represented by Mrs Delfina Frers, General Director of the race, located in Almacén de Ramos Particulares – Los Cedros –Estancia Grande – San Luís (Argentina), Phone: +54 2664 778833 e-mail: delfinafrers@mac.com, is the holder of the race, III GRAN PRIX DE SAN LUIS FEMENINO category WE 1.2 , which will be held on 10th of January 2015 organized under the regulations of UCI and with the following particulars dispositions, appropriately approved and authorized by Track and Route Argentine Federation (FAPyR, Federación Argentina Pista y Ruta).
Art. 2. PARTICIPACIÓN La prueba está abierta a los equipos según el artículo 2.1.005. Cada equipo estará compuesto por un máximo de 8 corredoras y un mínimo de 5.
Art. 2. PARTICIPATION L’épreuve est ouverte aux équipes selon l’article 2.1.005 de l’UCI. Chaque équipe sera composée par 8 coureuses au maximum et 5 au minimum.
Art. 2. PARTICIPATION The race is open to the teams that are according to the Art .2.1.005. Each team must be formed of a maximum of 8 riders and a minimum of 5 riders.
Art. 3. CLASIFICACIÓN UCI La prueba está clasificada en clase 1.2 en el Calendario Internacional Féminas Elite. De acuerdo a las reglas UCI atribuye los siguientes puntos, Art. 2.12.009:

Art. 6. CLASIFICACIÓN MENORES DE 23 AÑOS Será líder de esta clasificación la corredora menor de 23 años mejor clasificada en la prueba.
Art. 6. CLASSEMENT MINEURS 23 ANNÉES Le leader de ce classement sera la coureuse mineur 23 ans mieux placé dans le épreuve.
Art. 6. UNDER 23 YEARS CLASSIFICATION It will be leader of this classification the rider Under 23 Years that it will be best placed in the race.
Art. 7. GENERAL PREMIO META SPRINT Se obtendrá mediante la suma de los puntos obtenidos por cada corredora al paso de los lugares señalados, siendo mejor clasificada la que más puntos haya obtenido. En caso de empate, se resolverá a favor de la corredora que haya obtenido mayor número de primeros puestos, de persistir el empate, a favor de la mejor clasificada en la prueba.
Art. 7. CLASSEMENT META SPRINT. Il obtiendra en additionnant les points obtenus par chaque coureuse dans les Meta Sprint étant le mieux classé celui qui obtiendra un plus grand nombre des points. En cas d’égalité, on départagera en tenant compte du coureur qui ait obtenu le plus premières places. En cas de nouvelle égalité on tiendra compte le classement de la épreuve.
Art. 7. META SPRINT CLASSIFICATION It will be obtained by adding the points obtained by each rider in the passes of the specified places, being the best classified the rider that more points has added up. In case of tie, it will be resolved in favour to the rider that has more first positions, if the tie persists, it will be considered the classification in the race.

Art. 8. GENERAL 1ª CORREDORA ARGENTINA El líder de esta clasificación será la mejor corredora Argentina clasificada en la prueba.

Art. 8. FIRST ARGENTINE RIDER CLASSIFICATION The leader of this classification will be the Argentine rider best classified in the race.
Art. 9. ASISTENCIA TÉCNICA NEUTRA El servicio de asistencia técnica neutra está asegurado por la organización. El servicio está asegurado por medio de tres coches.
Art. 9. ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE NEUTRE Le service d’assistance technique neutre est assuré par l’organisation. Le service est assuré avec trois voitures.
Art. 9. NEUTRAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT The service of neutral technical support is guaranteed by the organization. The neutral support is taken care of by means of three vehicles.
Art. 10. CIERRE DE CONTROL Según artículo 2.3.039 UCI y de acuerdo con el tiempo empleado por la vencedora de la prueba, se aplicará el siguiente baremo de cierre de control: 8 %.
Art. 10. DELAIS D’ARRIVÉE Selon l’article 2.3.039 UCI et le temps enregistré par le vainqueur de la épreuve on appliquera le barème suivant pour le hors délai: 8%.
Art. 10. FINISHING TIME LIMITS According to the article 2.6.032 UCI and with the time spent by the winner of the race, the finishing time limits have been set as follows: 8%.
Art. 11. CONTROL ANTIDOPAJE En la prueba, las corredoras se someterán al Control Antidopaje de acuerdo con los Reglamentos de la UCI y la Ley Antidoping Argentina.
Art. 11. CONTROL ANTIDOPAGE Dans l´epreuve, les coureuses se soumettront au Contrôle Antidopage, effectué selon les Règlements de la l’U.C.I. et la Loi Antidopage de l’Argentine.
Art. 11. DOPING CONTROL In all stages, the riders will submit to the Doping Control, according to the UCI Rules and Argentina Antidoping Rules.
Art. 12. RADIO VUELTA Las informaciones de carrera son emitidas por la Organización a través de la frecuencia: 78.200 mHz.
Art. 12. RADIO TOUR Les informations de course seront émises par l’Organisation sur la fréquence 78.200 Mhz.
Art. 13. CASOS PARTICULARES Salvo disposición contraria, toda decisión a tomar durante el curso de la prueba sobre el desarrollo de la carrera es de competencia exclusiva del Colegio de Comisarios. El Colegio de Comisarios deberá ajustarse a los reglamentos aplicables y, salvo imposibilidad material, no decidirá más que después de haber consultado a la Dirección de la Carrera. Los problemas de organización puramente materiales serán resueltos por la Dirección de la prueba con respecto a todos los reglamentos aplicables y después de consultar con el Colegio de Comisarios.
Art. 13. CAS PARTICULIERS Sauf disposition contraire, toute décision à prendre en cours d’épreuve concernant le déroulement de la course relève de la compétence exclusive du Collège des Commissaires. Celui-ci devra se conformer aux règlements applicables et, sauf impossibilité, no décidera qu’après avoir consulté la Direction de l’épreuve. Les problèmes d’organisation purement matériels seront résolus par la Direction de l’épreuve, dans le respect de tous les règlements applicables et après la consultation du Collège des Commissaires.

Art. 15. SEGUROS Según las disposiciones previstas en los artículos 1.1.006 y 1.1.022 de los reglamentos UCI todas las corredoras inscritas, todos los seguidores y personal técnico de los equipos deberán estar asegurados contra los accidentes que puedan intervenir en el curso de la prueba y sus consecuencias en materia de responsabilidad civil, de gastos médicos, de hospitalización y repatriación hacia su domicilio. ‘Los organizadores no tienen ninguna responsabilidad por los accidentes o los daños causados a terceros y/o a los materiales antes, durante o después de la carrera’, siempre y cuando se cumpla con las normas de seguridad establecidas en el reglamento del deporte ciclista de la Unión Ciclista Internacional (1.2.061, 2.2.015 y siguientes). Asimismo, atendiendo al artículo 1.2.034 se contratará un seguro que cubra los riesgos relacionados con la organización de la prueba.

De même, selon l’article 1.2.034 l’organisation devra contracter une assurance à fin de couvrir les différents risques liés à l’organisation.
