tenant improvement_design work student works scope: Tenant Improvement office space, including development of a main collaboration area for professional imaging/renderings employees. Intention was to update and relate the space to the tenant’s branding image, as well CAD drafting as provide for additional spatial functions. CONFERENCE ADDITION office expansion scope: Conference room addition for a local graphic design firm. Design schemes included boundary options for a proposed conference “box”, as well as built in seating and addressing the surrounding office/gallery space.
