CONCEPT / the contrast of " when the east meets west" This phrase is used to describe that Hong Kong is a city full of contrasting, from the western colonization history to the traditional Chinese background, from skyscrapers to street temples, from all the different races that live in this city. We embrace all the difference we have by celebrating the beauty of contrast. PROBLEM & SOLUTION /
?
Retail store design solely based on efficiency and functionality discourage consumer retail experience. To enhance customer retail experiences with the 4 values - the social, aesthetic, emotional and experiential. Applying design to material and spacial composition is crucial to how customers construct their shopping experience. / 18 \
