Damage Claims/Order Discrepancies
Despite our quality-assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of shortages or damage must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. Returns must be authorized and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Accounts with a balance of 90 days past due or more will be sent to collections. Once sent to collections, merchandise must be prepaid.
