WHAT
I believe it’s important for you to understand what you’re getting when you invite me to photograph your wedding day. My goal is to make everything as simple and carefree as possible so you can check one more item off that huge wedding-planning to-do list. We’re keeping everything simple here; nothing hidden, just the reality of what you can expect to receive when you have me shoot your special day. 02
I bring a second shooter to every wedding. There is always something going on in more than one place at any given moment, so with someone else there you receive full coverage; one photographer to be where the guys are when I’m with the girls, alternate angles of your ceremony, and more candid moments captured throughout the day. I provide you with 500-800 hires images. The amount varies by
“We were together. I forget the rest.” -Walt Whitman length of the day, but generally you can expect about 100 final images per hour. All of these photos will be hand-selected and edited, loaded onto a USB flashdrive and included in the package that I send you when they are complete!

EXPECT
I use professional top-of-theline equipment and programs to edit and handle all files. I usually shoot with two cameras on me at one time, with two different lenses, so I can quickly and easily capture moments in a couple of different ways. I shoot your images in the largest file size available inorder to have the most flexibility to edit them in post production. Your images are kept safe and sound,
always. My camera takes two separate memory cards, so as I shoot, I’ve got double the back-up. As soon as the day is over, those memory cards are backed up onto mulitple external hard drives stored in separate places. Final edited images will be placed in an online proofing gallery for your own viewing, as well as anyone who attended your wedding. You and your new spouse receive the USB drive with all the final images
that you may print (with provided print release) and use for personal use with credit to me, however, guests & friends must purchase digital downloads or prints from the gallery. ** If you have any further questions about use of images, please don’t hesitate to ask.

INVESTMENT There’s a cost to running a business and producing quality imagery to provide to incredible people like you! It is important to know that you’re not just hiring a camera. You are hiring an artist with experience, deep knowledge, and passion for photography. I pour my heart and soul into each and every wedding I shoot, and I can assure you that when the day is done, you’re never going to regret investing in photographs, memories, and images that are going to last forever.

WEDDING DAY COVERAGE
Your wedding day is important. It only happens once. It shouldn’t be stressful, it should be kept simple, so you can keep the focus where it needs to be: the joining of you two beautiful people! I want to cover it all for you and I’ve found the best way to do that is not to limit it to a certain number of hours and make you count down the minutes or have you worry you want me to stay longer. I arrive 2 hours before the ceremony starts, giving me plenty of time to capture the preparations & leave 1 hour after the reception/dancing/party starts. This schedule gives me all the time I need to capture everything, from the details to the crazy guests’ dance moves. $4500 The main package. You get it all, and it’s simple- no added fees or hidden costs. Included in this collection is full wedding coverage by Nicole Mason, assisted by a second photographer, 500-800 final edited digital images, and a custom-designed photo book filled with the finest memories of your day, all delivered to your doorstep. **All other collections are made custom to fit your needs. I’ve been lucky enough to have traveled throughout most of the United States, as well as various other countries including Scotland, England, Guatemala, Canada, Mexico and Italy, but I still have the desire to see even more. Whether you are planning a destination wedding or you simply live in another country, I’m thrilled that you’ve found me and
are interested in having me come along for your beautiful and adventurous celebration of love with those closest to you. All destination weddings require a custom quote due to varying prices of airfare and accomodations. If your wedding is outside of the U.S. there may be special discount pricing available to you. It is important that you provide me with the date and location of your wedding in order for me to check my availability as well as the cost of travel. 15
