USER EXPERIENCE
To create a lively and remarkable commercial, cultural, public, and entertainment area, several key elements should be considered. These include incorporating unique architecture, offering a variety of businesses and amenities, designing inviting public spaces, showcasing local culture, providing entertainment options, ensuring accessibility and safety, implementing effective signage and wayfinding, hosting regular events, and maintaining the area properly. By focusing on these aspects, the area can create a vibrant and engaging experience for visitors, fostering a sense of community and attracting a diverse range of people.
STRUCTURE SYSTEM
In designing the unique mass of Agora, a suitable structure system was carefully chosen to accommodate the load requirements while also enhancing its uniqueness. The incorporation of V columns serves multiple purposes, acting as gateways for each zone and providing increased privacy. These columns help differentiate the various zones, highlighting their distinct uses within the space.
Additionally, a space truss system was utilized, not only for its functional purposes but also to serve as a visually striking architectural feature. The space truss adds aesthetic appeal to the overall design, contributing to the unique and captivating character of Agora.
OPENINGS
The use of the triangulation method in Agora’s circular mass adds uniqueness and allows for abundant natural light.
