Example of a Project Impact Evaluation

Introduction The following tool was developed for the evaluation of the impact of a project. The term

“impact” refers to the changes and effects of a specific intervention - such as an educational project as an example in our case. The present impact evaluation tries to assess the effects produced by the implementation of a specific project and, in particular, by the development of the project products. The impact evaluation focuses on how the project results affect the target groups and their educational environment. In order to conduct the scheduled impact evaluation, •

the questionnaire is to be distributed to at least 5 relevant stakeholders by each project partner.

All evaluation forms should be completed by the final evaluator, using a specific online form via googleforms, only (N.B. if you distribute the questionnaires to your stakeholders in hard copy, please make sure that somebody from your organisation completes online form with the collected data). We will then analyse all data received and compile the Final Impact Evaluation Report.

Thank you very much for your support in this evaluation activity.
