Position held: Architectural Associate Key Projects include:

Dahr Bassila Residential-Masterplanning, Lebanon [$ 5 million, 9000 Sq.m. Concept-Planning Stage] An ideal location for 44 luxurius appartements and one Villa (6 Blocks) on the prime mountains of Dahr Bassila (1000 m. altitude) looking over the mediteranean sea and Beirut. (see Images #1,#2 pg.#3)

Responsibilities over: • Thoroughly, in-depth 2D/3D study and design development into design proposals. • Development of historical, cultural, climate issues. • Able to develop design and revise in meeting snew brief requirement. • Design development responding to client’s brief and requests. • Push preliminary studies to a design proposal with different options. • Preparing documentation for the authorities and story-board. • Project presentation in public forum and basic member participating in meetings with clients. • To assist chiefcarchitect on Site Supervision. • Insight into detailed design and the traditional cultural-construction methods.

Position held: Architectural Associate Key Projects include:

Zhaoyuan Masterplanning and Library, China [¥ 1 billion, 600000 Sq.m. Concept-Planning Stage] An opera house, a gallery, a woman’s association club, residential, 2 court houses, a police station and a library. A centre of arts and culture that embraces the people of Zhaoyuan and unite them with their ancestor’s philosophy. With Confucius. (see Images #3,#4 pg.#5)

Sep.2007-Jun.2008: Feilden Clegg Bradley, Bath - U.K. Award winning Architectural practice that was first established in 1978, with offices in Bath and London.

Position held: Architectural Assistant Key Projects include:

Leventis Art Gallery, Cyprus – [£21m. C-E] (see Image #8 pg.#7)

An art gallery with restaurant and housing for the AG Leventis Foundation, a private foundation with a record of sponsoring education and the arts internationally.

Responsibilities over:

• Design development drawings (2D and 3D), Specializing on the Residential Core and on the underground parking area. • Design specification and Detailed drawings. • Visualization Package (3D Digital and Physical modeling and rendering). • Environmental Analysis: Analysis of day lighting and rights to light as well as detailed material specification. • Site works supervision. • Gained insight into financial implications.

Gallaghan Square Cardiff, U.K. [£100m A-B] (see Image #7 pg.#7)

A large mixed-use project at the centre of Cardiff which is trying to achieve high standards of sustainability, improve Cardiff’s life style and create a new hot spot of new places for employment.

Responsibilities over:

• Schematic proposals. • Landscaping. • Urban regeneration proposal drawings. • Drawing of masterplan. • Environmental Analysis: Analysis of day lighting and rights to light. • Design development drawings.

Woodland Trust Headquarters, Linconshire, U.K. [£5,1m. A-E]

This new headquarters for the Woodland Trust, in Grantham, Lincolnshire will house a staff base of 200 people. The project aim is to create a highly innovative and sustainable building within a market rate budget.
