CARRYBAGS) is our business unit that specialises in the design and production of sample bags – i.e. bags whose primary function is to transport and display whatever sample collections companies distribute to their sales forces. Nowadays sample bags have to communicate corporate image to customers. FAQ

Esiste un quantitativo minimo per l’ordine di produzione? Per le borse standard è possibile effettuare ordini minimi anche di un articolo. Ovviamente i prezzi sono impostati sempre in funzione di un quantitativo – sia esso molto grande o molto piccolo – dichiarato dal cliente come consono alle sue necessità. Per quanto alle borse su misura, una volta definito il capo campione è possibile fare ordini minimi anche di pochi pezzi. Il punto centrale è che ci sono dei costi fissi che unitariamente diminuiscono all’aumentare del quantitativo acquistato. Quali parametri garantiscono uno sconto maggiore? Sicuramente la programmazione delle consegne è per noi un fattore importante. Potendo programmare la produzione con largo anticipo rispetto alla consegna richiesta sarà possibile fare un preventivo molto interessante per il cliente. Allo stesso modo le forniture continuative dello stesso prodotto rappresentano una variabile molto importante nel considerare un preventivo.

Qual è il principale vantaggio di lavorare con voi? Oltre alla serietà e all’affidabilità della nostra azienda, nel prodotto Carrybags il nostro cliente sfrutta una qualità che rende il prodotto molto più resistente della media presente nel mercato. Un prodotto garantito, su cui si possono effettuare riordini e riparazioni. Il tutto con il miglior rapporto prezzo/durata. Nel prodotto su misura non esiste un operatore unico in grado di seguire con la stessa efficacia il processo intero dallo sviluppo al design fino alla prototipazione e alla produzione – con un il miglior rapporto prezzo/qualità rispetto ai tempi di esecuzione e all’affidabilità dei parametri comunicati.

Si può vedere un prototipo prima di comprare. Cosa si intende per prototipo ? Si è possibile. Il prototipo è il primo prodotto che fisicamente il cliente avrà in mano dopo aver fatto la sua richiesta che nasceva da un’idea, una foto o un prodotto simile su cui è stato fatto il primo brief. Nello specifico è da intendersi come uno strumento attraverso il quale Nilvia permettere al cliente di valutare le principali caratteristiche del prodotto che intende realizzare: forma, proporzioni, funzionalità, peso, estetica, trasportabilità ecc. Il prototipo, salvo esplicita richiesta, potrebbe non essere rifinito come il capo campione e potrà presentare ancora qualche dettaglio non definitivo da decidere col cliente. Ciò in quanto la funzione del prototipo è esclusivamente quella di trasformare fisicamente delle idee per verificare misure, accessori e materiali.

Come viene calcolato il mio preventivo per il prototipo? Normalmente il calcolo del preventivo di un prototipo è fatto dal responsabile commerciale basandosi sulle ipotesi di difficoltà di realizzazione definite dell’ufficio tecnico. Un parametro importante nel definire il costo di un prototipo è il “monte ore” che si stima saranno necessarie alla realizzazione del prototipo. In base all’esperienza l’ufficio tecnico esprime un budget di ore dedicate allo specifico cliente. Questo budget di ore è quello stimato come necessario per tutte le fasi: studio, bozzetti, stampi, modelli, ricerca materiali, taglio, confezione ecc. A questo è aggiunto il costo del materiale usato per la realizzazione stessa.

Cosa si intende per capo campione? Il cliente interessato ad una produzione di borse su misura partirà con la definizione di un prototipo. Una volta realizzato il prototipo il cliente sarà chiamato a valutarne tutte gli aspetti per lui importanti (dimensioni, proporzioni, accessori, finiture, materiale ecc) e a definirli in modo chiaro con il responsabile prodotto Nilvia. Una volta definito ogni aspetto del prototipo si passa alla realizzazione del capo campione che sarà definito in modo certo e condiviso su ogni dettaglio discusso, personalizzaioni incluse. Il capo campione è il prodotto definitivo e viene usato come termine di riferimento qualitativo e confronto con ogni prodotto confezionato in sede di produzione. The covered wooden models are cases and trolleys created in wood and then covered. The standard versions can be created with fabric or eco leather covering according to needs. Depending on the request, more expensive materials, like leather, hide, carbon fibre or other materials to be studied with the client, can also be used.
