ABOUT
Potennt will be the brand to represent the new generation and evolution of cannabis culture. Not only do we represent the culture but we are culture creators. Always pushing things forward while still collaborating and coexisting with the staples that came before us. If you are to look at the demographics of the online audience for a company like high times or a brand like Cheech & Chong they are still very popular but their audience is mostly comprised of people 40 and above. There is also a huge opening in the digital space where younger people consume most of their media. Potennt is going to fill that void.

Through our relationships we have an opportunity to partner with The Issa family in Jamaica and create a cannabis resort. We also have an opportunity in Denver. The holygrail for this space will be in Las Vegas when things go recreational in the next few years. The goal is to be a pioneer in this space and have first movers advantagebefore that occurs and we are already positioned with the right people in Vegas. Here is info on the Issa family who own the chain Couples: http://couples.com/about.php http://jamaica-gleaner.com/gleaner/20130120/out/out2.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_John_Issa http://www.holycross.edu/departments/publicaffairs/hcm/winter_ spring05/class_notes/1.h There will be opportunity for cannabis wellness resorts focusing on massage and cbd benefits. I also have a vision of a Vegas like party scene that can be developed there based around the emergence of legal cannabis tourism. The music element to this will be key. Also building bridges with the Rasta community where you can set up tours in the hills and add a Spiritual element to the tourism business and spread the wealth among the community.

There is movement now in Denver to allow consumption in public places and a cannabis boutique hotel has already opened up. It is expected to open up much more in the fall. https://www.yahoo.com/travel/holy-smokes-denver-opens-a-luxury-pot-hotel-120534926872.html?soc_src=unv-sh&soc_trk=fb http://mashable.com/2015/06/09/marijuana-camp-cannacamp/?utm_cid=mash-com-fb-main-link http://cannabisnowmagazine.com/cannabis/medical/colorado-spa-offers-cannabis-infused-mile-high-massage http://time.com/3947299/denver-social-use-marijuana/ http://www.westword.com/news/photos-tour-nativ-denvers-firstopenly-weed-friendly-hotel-6742310 http://www.fastcompany.com/3045246/rebranding-pot/the-airbnb-of-weed-is-totally-a-thing

Music Festivals
20
We will create and brand a new kind of music festival experience fueled by the legalization of public consumption of cannabis. This proof of concept has been shown by the highly successful Cannabis Cup events that High Times has been producing. They sell out every year in Denver on 4/20. There is a huge opening in the market place. There is a location in Malibu where we can throw the first festival. Live aid Concept
Grass is Greener We have also been developing the idea of a industry conference in the style of a ted talk or tech disrupt for the cannabis industry. Something intellectual with focus on the true medical side of the business. There will also be music events as after parties with a more intellectual line up. The current name we are using is Grass Is Greener. The ideal spot to do this would be las vegas. This would be a great tie in not only to gencanna to promote ourselves and dictate the narrative but for marijuanadoctors.com. We should announce our NFL trial at this event.

Noah can get record deal with Lyor Cohen and 300 could be a strategic investor. Start a record label with cannabis friendly vibe artists: Post malone. Talent One of the other partners will be Lewis Kunstler. He has the plugs for all of the big dj talent that fit into the music scene. There is a trend of slower electronic music that is becoming much more popular. There is also amaizing visuals displayed at these shows and parties. We will create our own festival brand. He is now managing some of the biggest dj’s in the world including Dillon Francis, Flosstradamus, & Tokimonsta. He also manages strangeloop who is the best in doing visuals.http://www.strangelooptv.com Rolling stone named the light show he did for Flying Lotus as the best light show at Coachella for 2015. Overview Title: Taylor Gang Project Developer: Star Light Studios Genre: Rhythm Game / Episodic Creative Direction: Taylor Gang/Star Light Collaboration Concept: Designed as an extension of the world famous Taylor Gang music group (Wiz, Ty Dolla $ign, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, Berner.) The Taylor Gang game is a narrative driven, rhythm-based mobile game wherein players will pick a member of the gang and move through the world of the Taylors, gaining points and levels, by creating, naming, and marketing their own strains. Characters will begin their grind on the street level with the objective of elevating themselves to legitimate cannabis moguls. Their status as rap artists and ganjaprenuers go hand in hand and once they have created the strongest possible strain of cannabis they will have been lifted to the ultimate status All Time Hustler. In deck we will map out the future possibilities between entertainment and the underground world to reach a broad audience through webisodes and animation. The game would be developed using the Unreal Engine with plans for additional ports to various other platforms after the initial release.
Unique Features An extensive, episodic narrative tie in to the Taylor Gang web series and a collection of unique game play mechanics rooted in the franchise lore. A socially driven competitive element similar in principle to Mob Wars, wherein players can move through the world to get their strains and music careers to the highest levels, beginning with rap battles and street corner hustling to ultimately playing sold out shows at stadiums and owning a legal cannabis empire.
29
Platform iOS, Verizon, AT&T, Android
Game Play Taylor Gang is designed in the same vein as “MOB WARS, wherein players must tap buttons in a sequence dictated on screen in order for the main character to perform a scripted hustle correctly and progress the narrative. Players assume the role of a member of The Taylor Gang, as they join the likes of Wiz, Ty Dolla $ign, Juicy J, Chevy Woods, and Berner on their journey to make a name in the hustle game.
30
One to Two minute plot progressing cutscenes are broken-up between numerous rap battles where player’s hustle and timing are tested in their grind to make a name for themselves. If players perform well and achieve a high enough score, the scripted narrative progresses through cut scenes until faced with the next mission. Each of these missions takes approximately 3-4 minutes to complete, staying true to the “5 minute-play-session” ideology inherit to mobile gaming.
Game Summary The game begins with the player choosing their favorite Taylor character and advancing them from street corner to stadium. They will start out trapping on a street level and having to duck cops to owning their own legal grows and dispensary licenses. They will have to work their way to becoming legitimate moguls in the world of cannabis. This goes hand and hand with the music, where they will start out in rap battles moving to performing in clubs, to arenas and then ultimately stadiums. As they move up the ladder of success they can buy better cars and clothes. The more successful they are in the weed game the better the music, as well as the girls. The characters objective is to get the best organic components to grow the strongest possible cannabis. The gold standards for this are the Khalifa Kush, Irene OG & Girl Scout Cookies, which are the strongest and most valuable strains in the world. In order to achieve the best strain the player needs to go and get different vital nutrients, from nutrient lines that we choose as sponsors. Players will have to get strains and genetics and then develop and market them. Once they get to a certain level of the game, it will unlock the ability to trade amongst each other. They will have to deal with the issues that come with being a boss, such as having to pay for permits, get shut down, paying for power, gas, and Electric. Also fighting spider mites and powdery mildew in the grow, which could eliminate a whole crop. They will buy grow licenses, build up dispensaries and create their cannabis empire. As the character makes more money they will have the ability to buy new beats that will help them to blow up their music careers. They will start out battling other local rappers in their neighborhood. From there they progress to cutting records in the studio. Once that occurs they can get a record deal and begin to hear their songs on the radio. After the songs are on the radio, they can start doing shows. Shows begin locally and eventually they end up on tour. As they rise through the game and make a hit record the venues get larger. The amount of hit records the character records will determine the size of the venues he performs in.
Features Aside from the extensive narrative tie-in the “Taylor Gang” web-series, the major difference from other games in the genre is the incorporation of a socially driven competitive element similar to how Taylor Gang moves their music, through social media in all forms.
31
Players can even promote their tracks, strains, & businesses by hollering at their friends on Social media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Vine, ETC.) and requesting support on their Strain or Hype. The more hype that’s generated, the further your Strain rises up the chart. At certain levels are achieved you are rewarded with additional points.
Controls Sequential taps and gestures
Game Center Achievements Leader Boards Friends Hustle Area
Monetization The game is designed on the “freemium” model however includes various monetization mechanics typical of “Free-to Play” games, maximizing revenue potential through the diversification of financial channels.
Story Mode Free to download, the core game includes 1 episode of narrative driven content spanning approximately 1-3 hours game play. Further episodes will be made available monthly though in- app purchasing at a cost of $0.99 - $1.99 for a total of 10 episodes for the first season. This lays the foundation for expansive content such as additional seasons and/or bonus episodes depending on the popularity and hustle of their character. When you are in “Free- to-Play” mechanics, it allows players to replay previously played adventures from the Story Mode as well as additional bonus play in an effort to better their score and unlock in-game content such as new Strains, & new connects. The Player heads to certain grow stores to get nutrients and make their own compost teas to battle plant ailments and the battle to keep their plants alive. Watch out Taylors; don’t lose your crops to powdery mill due, spider mites, and broad mites! Or it’s back to the drawing board!
32
Each new hustle requires “energy” to play. Energy refills over time or can be replenished immediately by purchasing a “New Growing Field or a New Chemist” with in-app purchase. Each time you want to make a better compost tea regiment through vital earth soil, then that person has to buy an ingredient off the app. You must collect all the nutrients to win!
Franchise Overview Taylor Gang was birthed in the shadows of the inner cities we’re the rhythm of hip-hop lives. The Taylor Gang comes alive with the swagger they bring through the stories in their music. Star Light Films will animate the stories, in the 10 webisodes and in the game play. The Player will feel what it’s like to be one of the Taylor Gang and through their journey on developing the hottest Strain on the streets. Just watch out for the PO-PO!
Webisodes We will produce 5-10 minute shorts developing each character and initiating their story of how Hiphop and cultural influences changed their life. How did they become the men they are today? These developmental stories based on Taylor Gang members are the bridge linking them to the group they are today.
33
Origin Stories Episodes will be based on the real depiction of each character, every day struggles and love with the music industry and how hard they worked as an artist to achieve their goals. 1. Juicy J will have first story. He will give a realistic account of how three 6 mafia was formed and his challenges about being a rapper in the South during a time when hip-hop was based in west and east coast standards. (How this made him the emcee he is today). We can document his best stories such as the early beef between Three Six Mafia and Bone Thugs N’ Harmony. 2. Next we would show the beginning of Wiz and Taylor Gang forming in the Pittsburgh streets and how early influences Juicy J and Three 6 mafia helped shape the digital media that Wiz experienced because of his age. Was Wiz into weed during that time? When did he first get the good weed? What was unique about growing up in Pittsburgh? We will showcase local urban legends, slang,
34
history and customs. When did Wiz use cannabis for his first time? Bloods and Crips in Pittsburgh. Show Wiz with Chevy Woods. How did they meet and come together? 3. We show Ty Dolla growing up in South Central Los Angeles during the 80’s with the heavy influence of Bloods and Crips and how music helped him live through the violent streets of LA. Show how Ty and his father had a musical relationship of early influences of Lakeside and Los Angles musicians. Show how Ty and Cory met up with Parker in Utah and his first record deal with Boodah Brown. How he began pressing underground jack sample records. And how he met YG and DJMustard, Joe Moses, and formed Pushas Inc. And how he and Parker lost G Casso. And how Ty went through several deals before he blew up from Def Jam to Atlantic. 4. We show Berner’s beginnings in San Francisco. How he started as Young Gill and transforms into street savvy Berner with his motivation to collect and create the strongest cannabis known to the streets. Show his early days of working at the first dispensaries in San Francisco and his early years of rapping and hustling. How did he become the plug? How did he meet Flux and the cookie fam? Show how the cookies took off. His relationship with the fam. Show true story on how the cookies were formed with Jigga. These stories could be the first four episodes and the fifth episode ties these artists in together showing how they all became Taylor Gang. 5th episode consists of endless struggle to fight against the fake industry, How Wiz got dropped from his first deal and said fuck the industry and went independent making Taylor Gang a household name. How he pioneered using the Internet to market and distribute his music. Also how Ty Went From Sony to Boodah Brown to Def Jam to Atlantic and all the obstacles he faced along the way, always owning his music and putting it on hold. How did Juicy J and Wiz Meet? How did Wiz meet Berner? And how Ty introduced Ty to Wiz. 6. The next episode would be where they are currently. Starting with the Under The Influence tours. Taking Taylor Gang from clubs to stadiums. Their stories would be their every day lives and what they’re doing that’s important.
35
Taylor Gang Art Show and Mobile Launch The Taylor Gang art show will primarily focus on the release of the mobile game app and animation. It will feature select artists in LA as well as guest artists from NYC. They will paint accurate depictions, portraits, & famous icons of Taylor Gang representing the group. Artist selection would be hosted by the legendary Futura From New York City and select west coast artists such as Kier (UTI), Serch (UTI), Kofie (UTI), Chew (AOD), Animal (AOD), (CBS), Axis (CBS), Dry & Fish (KOG), Vyal, & Mear One. These artists will bring to life through aerosol the Taylor Gang characters how they see them today and in the future. This will all be done with private label Taylor Gang spray cans embroidered with customized Taylor Gang logos. Each member will have their own logos on individual cans. The main focus of the show will be on the actual cartoons illustrated by Tramp with real sketches and video documenting the process of how the Taylor Gang cartoon became a reality. Frank 151 would document the process and then published as an issue on The Taylor Gang helping to promote launch of their new cartoon and game app. We could also coordinate the timing to be in conjunction with Taylor Gang album releases such as Ty Dolla Signs upcoming “Free TC. We will take items and products that are associated with cannabis culture and turn them into limited edition pieces of art such as digital scales, glass pieces, & turkey bags with designs by tramp and other associated artists. Limited edition T Shirts and prints of the artwork will be for sale at the show. The venue will be The Well in downtown Los Angeles that has a capacity of 1,000 people. The event will be catered with food and drink, unlimited alcohol, and joints as party favors served by hot girls dressed in classy yet burlesque attire. Some will be topless with masks. Possible sponsors will be Raw Papers and Converse shoes. The night will cap off with a special 20 minute Taylor Gang showcase performance. It would be ideal to get Taylor Gang to do a single with all of them on it to help push all of the above.

MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES
44
There could be a big opportunity to partner with High Times. They are making tons of money off of their cannabis cup events but their production value is terrible. I believe we can position ourselves to help produce all of their events. They also have no digital presence. We can shoot and host tier digital content and live stream their events. The cup being the first one. They already have all the stoner culture shit on lock. Makes sense to partner with them and enhance that scene. As well as create new scenes to reflect the diversity of the new cannabis movement. Also create new media outlets. They could want to partner in those ventures to diversify and hedge their bets. They announced they were starting a fund called the high times growth fund but it seems as though they haven’t gotten it off the ground yet. We can also partner with other cannabis media companies to shoot and host content for them. There is a void in the market that we can fill.
