This project was coordinated with the Project Manager and Dean of the College of Law of the University of the Philippines- Diliman. Funding was partly provided by a private donor and partly covered by government funding. This became a major consideration in terms of project scope in design and budget. Careful coordination with suppliers, contractors, donors, and end-users was needed for the development of this project.
