I think this assignment is involved in the COMMUNITY. This assignment is about LOGO CREATION. I need more interview with my client, I need to know what is the request that they really need and want. I must have a good community with my client and this must very clear, because it is easy to help me to to the rest of my stuff. In my opinion, the community is the most important one.

Client Interview 1. Where do you want to put it? I want to put the logo in the school, because this logo is totally involved with teachers and students.
2. What kind of logos do you want? There are a lot of logo that can be used, I think this depends on audience. But I think the unique one.
3. Do you have some demands of the logos?
I think it would be better the content of this project is about the IB Learn Profile, as it is involved with teachers and students.
4. Do you wanna more logos or just one?
I think the one is enough, but this one must be very attractive, typical and popular, because the amazing one is often the unique one.
5. What time do you want to know the final product?
I think around five or six weeks, because I really wanna to get the amazing one, so time is not a problem, logo matters.

Client summary
From this interview, I know the main request of this project is the client wants to have a unique logo. The quantity, time doesn’t matter, the quality matters. And this is also involved with the people who is in the SWA school-IB Learner profile, so I think that maybe will attract people put more attention on this. Case study summary During the time that I was researching this topic, I saw the many varieties of appearances, some of them are so cool, some of time are so lovely, etc. At last, I think my logo should have my own character, so I think the aesthetic of my logo should be attractive and unique. In the fact, my original idea about the target group is only students and teachers in the school, but then I changed my mind, as I think it should faces to everyone who want to get to know it well.

Design Brief I will design and create a logo about the IB Learner profile. I will design it at first in different patterns, then I will make the form which is called evaluation against specification to think about which one is the best. Then I will take this one to continue the rest steps of the design cycle. There are still have four steps that I need to do. I have already written the time that which the step needs. And the investigation, plan will be done before I start making the product. Because these steps contain a lot of important information that I need to finish before we start making the product. Summary of IBLP Designs Design1- This design represent the “Inquirer”. This is also show the personal creative. This logo is an in equation. That absolutely the concept of the Inquirer. The in equation shows that you need to ask question, you need to prove why this in equation is tenable. Design2- This logo is about the Reflective. It shows the meaning of that. Reflective means you need to reflect after finishing something. Easily speaking, that means you need to think about whether it is right or not. Design3- This logo is about Risk-takers. Maybe you will confused about this logo. But think carefully about this logo. Risk-takers, you need to try your best to do somethings, which is a real challenge for you. So, it just like, you have a rock-climbing upon the earth(tellurion). It means lot, doesn’t it? Design4-This logo is about Principled. I think this logo that I made is not very well. Because I am not sure the meaning of principled yet. But I know it may be means the person need to know if it is right by researching in the Internet. So I made a logo about this kind of style. Design5- This logo is about Open-minded. I think this logo is a good idea when I was making it, it is not attractive though. Because I put the spelling of ‘open-minded’ in this image. The outline of eyes stand for ‘O’. The inside of eyes stand for ‘P’. The hair at the top of head stands for ‘E’. The nose stands for ‘E’. The mouth stands for ‘M’. Design6- This logo is about Balanced. I think it is easy for people to understand. It is obviously. The work and study should be balanced. So the bridge is just like the balance. Design7- This logo is about Caring. I think this logo is pretty good. It is attractive. It has a good-looking, unique style, etc. The symbol of the caring, that i think about is heart. Summary of AOI Designs Design1- This logo is about environment. In this logo, I put the picture-moon on this design. Because I think the moon is the good symbol in the environment, that stands for our environment is good. But in reality, it is opposite. Documented evidence1 Today I am going to design the logo of the Areas Of The Interaction. I design the Environment at first, I research in the internet. At last, I decide to use the cartoon about moon. Because I think the environment should be something nature surround us. I choose the moon. And I use the tool called Pixelmator to design the logo. I put the picture on this sheet, and then write words - ENVIRONMENT. I change the color and the pattern, which the words and the photo are shown. I also research the photo about Social Education. Evaluating My performance at each stage of the design cycle The goal of this project is to make logos about Iblp or aoi or dc or pe. investigation is the first stage of the design cycle, it is a start of the design cycle. in this stage, we need to research the meaning of the logo and improve our own understanding about logos. and I think about the aoi, i think it is involved in community, because we need to have a conversation to know the needs of the client. and I also use the brainstorming to help me to think about more ideas. and i also did case study (summary), design brief, specification (summary) and summary of the investigation to prepare the nest stage. design is the second stage of the design cycle. It is the important one in the design cycle, because you need to design your product in this stage. I design 15 logos in this project, I picked some of them to print it our by going through the evaluation against specification. and i also write the summary of the design, which help me to know it clearly. DESIGN -
plan is the third stage of the design cycle. in this stage, i showed the step by step in this stage of every logo, which i had already picked. these steps are the main step in this stage. and i made the gantt chart, which show the time that i used during this stage. at last, i wrote the summary about plan to show the main steps in this stage. create is the fourth stage in the design cycle. in this stage, i need to make the product. actually, i spent a lot of time in this stage. because i did it for many times. and during the time that i made it, i change and change to make sure it looks good. and the documented shows the step with words that i made logo in details. and it is the first time that i created logos by using computer. so i am not very good at using the tool in the computer. but i think i will improve my skills next time. Successful points I think the most successful point in the assignment is investigation. Because I have prepared a lot of things before I began to do the rest stage in the Design Cycle. And I research many logos in the Internet. I want to learn the advantages from some famous logos, and then add some of good aspects into my logos. I also research the tool, than can help me to create logo in the Internet. I found it, although I didn’t use it at last. And I also show the content in the Investigation. I think investigation is the most successful stage in the Design Cycle.
Least Successful points I think the least successful stage of the Design Cycle is Plan. Because I make it by my hand drawing at first. Then I saw other people can create these in the computer. Then I decide to make it again, but not all of them. It still cost me a lot of time, because I made it two times. Next time, I will think about it from varieties of position, and then to create it.
