ARCHITECTURAL PORTFOLIO
Nischay Choudhary www.nischaychoudhary.com
I have always been a keen observer of structures and designs. The mapping of my interest in architecture possibly lies in the way this subject unraveled itself slowly to me. I believe that spaces are an integral part of molding human beings, from our homes to schools we grow up conglomerated with them. This understanding makes me tilt towards design and how it could be further experimented with.

Highstreets, parks, and other public spaces all play an important role in bringing the community together; it is in these places that people meet with friends, stop for lunch, enjoy time with their family or relax on their own; it is also a place for learning, you can see the diversity of cultures and different identities that make up your local area. This is why these public spaces must be welcoming and offer a place to rest for all ages. Seating gives people a stopping point, whether it be for lunch, for a rest, a place to wait and meet others, or simply a place to sit and take in the scenery.

Each apartment unit is designed in such a way that all the bedrooms are separated and have their own private ambience. Also there should not be any need of double heighted spaces. It is made sure that all the spaces in an Apartment are well ventilated and have natural lighting as well.

NATURAL FORCES EXPERIENCE CENTRE
Project: Natural Forces experience centre (Landscape and Design) Type: Museum Site: Auroville, Tamil Nadu. Site Area: 6300 sq. mt. Climate: Warm and Humid
24|
This Project has a space to acknowledge Gravity as the mother force and tell its story. The project is located in Auroville on Chennai – Pondicherry highway and can serve as a stopping point for the many users of the highway. Only a handful of us that are scientists and hobbyists have the scientific knowledge of Gravity and Forces of Nature. We continue to coexist with these forces and sources of energy, without really understanding them and their delicate natural balance. This natural balance is unknowingly disturbed by the irresponsible consumption of resources and we continue to experience this dis-balance in the form of climate change. As per UN-Habitat, climate change is responsible for many devastating climatic events that have occurred simultaneously at many places on the earth, in the 20th century.

Measured Drawing Mubarak Mahal, City Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Mubarak Mahal, meaning the ‘Auspicious Palace’, was built with a fusion of the Islamic, Rajput, and European architectural styles in the late 19th century by Maharaja Madho Singh II as a reception center. It is a museum; a fine repository of a variety of textiles such as the royal formal costumes, Sanganer block prints, embroidered shawls, Kashmiri pashmina, and silk saris as part of the Maharaja Sawai Man Singh II Museum. A noteworthy display here is of the set of voluminous clothes worn by Sawai Madho Singh I, who was 1.2 meters (3.9 ft) wide and weighed 250 kilograms (550 lb).
