Our 18,000 sq ft lettable space Innovation Centre is full of character and offers managed workspace ranging from a dedicated desk, small private 2 person suite right up to a 30 person suite all fully furnished and ready to move into. Every aspect of our all-inclusive managed workspace solution, handled by our expert Real Estate team, allows occupants to focus on their own business while operational matters are managed for a fixed monthly cost.
The Catalyst Inc service includes 24/7 access, access control and security systems, a dedicated resilient internet service, private car parking, support services, on-site catering and state-of-the-art meeting, exhibition and conferencing facilities.
