Mixed-use Development at Ram Brewery, Wandsworth, London The Aim was to develop quality housing accommodation and retail area together with high quality public realm and public spaces which will unlock the new urban quarter of Wandsworth
Proposed Master-plan for Ram brewery
THE DESIGN The design revolves around strategies basesd on physical, economic and social changes. A diverse range of elements such as space, streets, infrastructure were considered depending upon how viable and desirable they become over time in relation to each other . •The design gives opportunity for the users to use every space differently and more than that, enjoy the space. Appropriate materials, construction techniques, colours, variety in textures, breathtaking views, comfort felt in being in the space, and 24 hour use of spaces achieves the quality of richness in the design.

Arial view of the Master-plan •The streets connect to the neighbouring areas creating a strong connectivity between the individual area and the neighbouring areas, making the scheme very permeable. The access to the riverside is opened out which adds in forming a major factor. The layout is understood very easily by the users; for example, the landscape link to the riverside is a continuous belt which guides the user very easily.

Regeneration of Richmond Town center, London Richmond Bus Staion
DESIGN • The existing bus station does not match the standards of Richmond, as it lies in the courtyard formed by the surrounding buildings. •The design addresses the needs and of the passengers and provides a covered space for the bus station enhancing it with the seating facilities and landscaping. •The structure will be a steel structure and its roof will be covered with photovoltaic panels in order to gain solar energy which will serve a few percent of the electricity generation and landscape lights of the station.
Richmond Train Station
DESIGN •Richmond being the richest borough in London, required a station which matched its significance. •The design idea was to enhance the entrance to the station and convert the street into a shared space, assigning only route to the buses. •The facade is developed by changing the glass and window sizes without harming the original facade which portrays that its is rooted in the past, but not stuck in it. •The entrance was enhanced by creating a spill out landscaped seating area, which adds up to the sensory richness of the space also creating an active space for 24 hour use.

Regeneration of Richmond Town center, London Richmond High Street
DESIGN •The high street being very narrow, the necessity to eliminate the claustrophobic feel and to enrich the sensory experience of the space was must. •In order to achieve this, the high street was converted into a ‘bus only’ zone, and the shared space was stretched to the street centre. •This increased the pavement width, which gave an opportunity to add the street furniture and enhance the public realm. ‘stop and stay’ pockets were created for the pedestrians to relax and an addition of landscape features brought out the liveliness on the street.
DESIGN •The aim of the design is to develop the interaction between the high street and the riverfront development. •This is achieved through the floor signage. The blank facades form an inactive edge on the street, which is utilised by sticking the riverside posters on them. •Addition of street furniture like lamp posts with flowers adds to the liveliness of the street. •These changes makes this area economically, socially and environmentally sustainable.

Intercity Busterminus with commercial complex
Site Plan Above, Arial view below
DESIGN •The idea of this project was to develop a bus terminus that forms link on the national highway which connects multiple cities. This terminus therefore stops the busses entering the core city and helps reducing the traffic congestion. •The commercial complex was integrated with the terminus so as to develop office spaces to overcome the needs of the growing economy of Pune city. •Photovoltaic glass pannel is used for the glass facades of commercial complex to generate electricity. •Roof and terrace gardens are used to bring the masses close to nature
