Nivcol Enterprise is a newly established courier service company ready to provide safe, reliable, efficient and effective transport and courier services. The target groups include institutions, corporate companies, online companies, food delivery vendors, individuals and the public with delivery service requirements. From a research conducted, many of our target groups (customers) usually experience challenges in sending parcels and other forms of delivery and require a solution. As a result of this, a safer, reliable and a commercially competitive courier services of which our company is needed; thus, Nivcol Enterprise is ready to provide and offer same for the next conceivable future.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
One key element of Nivcol Enterprise is the Health and safety of our people and the services we provide. We want to be known as a “safety first” company in the courier industry. At Nivcol Enterprise, we will always make all the effort to uphold the highest of health and safety standards without fail. As part of upholding the health and safety standards, Nivcol Enterprise holds quarterly health and safety workshops for riders to ensure health and safety issues are sufficiently addressed. Basic safety training will include product handling techniques, checks for defects on PPEs & motorcycle, defensive driver tips, and customer service management. Key health and safety performance indicators will be agreed and reviewed monthly to ensure continuous improvements in the quality of services rendered.
