It’s a very versatile food that can stand on its own. Try roasting it and placing it on some toast! TIP! Pregnant or lactating women need to make nutrition their highest priority. Protein requirements are high for pregnant women, but due to lack of appetite, the needs often are not met.

Proper nutrition isn’t about depriving yourself. Nutrition doesn’t involve deprivation, it’s just about eating properly most of the time and moderating how much you eat of the bad things. The important thing to remember is that there are many small changes you can make in your everyday life to improve your nutrition.
