WHO? •The target audience : Gynecologists •Illiterates and the “educated ” people WHY? •Dowry is one of the main reasons •Only sons can perform the last rites, lineage, etc… •Vulnerability •Sons will look after parents in their old age WHAT? •Awareness to save girl child and stop female foeticide EFFECTS: •Carries grave injury to the women’s health •Lack of political will to ensure enforcement HOW? •In urban area, modern technologies like sonography are within easy reach. Thus selective abortion… •In rural, preference for male child remains stronger. WHERE? •Acc. To Demographics survey it is more towards the urban and affluent society in India. •Rural
Ideation 1: the basic understanding (a rough sketch)- to stop female foeticide. Discussing about how female child is unwanted, and dominanace more towards the male child. how the female child is egerly waiting to see the world and are killed before they could even open thier eyes,
design process A classroom project+ self initiated project to spread awareness within the Urban culture to stop female foeticide through posters.
Ideation 2: The resulting if females will be no more on the world. No females , the reproduction would stop, resulting no male child would born.
Ideation 5: Male dominance over female. The ratio camparision of male and female.

The concept is to show that every male will have a female to marry but your son could be left alone. This poster shows that there are two couples but the last boy was left without a girl(with the question mark on the left side). Females are extinguishing and this would result to no reproduction. Eventually life will come to end. The punch line “Women- an endangered species?“ is basically a question raised in front of viewers that arent the women endangered like how other species are!

GREEN DAY - established in 1987 - started by Billie joe armstrong and mike drint - band was influenced by nirvana, The beatles, The clash. - adopted the name GREEN DAY allegedly due to their fondness of Marijuana. - around 13 albums till date - American idiot was one of them. - Won around 3 Grammy awards
What does this Infographic say!

American Idiot was released by the band in the year 2004. The author wants make the Americans aware that the politicians are taking away their personality, influenced by media and turning them into Idiots. They should be independent and have their own individuality and personality. The band started with this album in North-America. The line “welcome to a new kind of tension, all across the alienation.“ focuses on making people aware to not let them take away thier individuality.

photography I love beaches. My hometown is 5 kms away from Daman. Every Sunday evening, I like spending time with my family and click pictures at the beach.

Interests: I love listening to music (specifically instrumental),writing(only diaries),beaches, sketching, photography, dogs, food and like playing with kids. I love green, blue, yellow(all colours) and all kinds of chocolates! Skills and Personal traits: I am a very shy and introvert kind of a person, but a good listener(excludes lectures).
