OEM Workshop: Ford Discusses Accessing Repair Information, Collision Sectioning Procedures for Aluminum Gerry Bonanni, Ford Motor Company & Pete Fryzel, I-CAR

This workshop, presented by Ford Motor Company in cooperation with I-CAR(®, is intended to provide a variety of useful information about Ford vehicles, technological advancements and collision repairs. It will overview Ford’s collision philosophy, review current product lines, navigate Ford Resources, identify the most frequent types of damage on Ford vehicles and discuss the latest collision repair methods. Ford will demonstrate how to access several collision repair resources during the workshop, so we encourage you to bring a laptop computer or tablet with you.

Three takeaways for the attendees: 1) Education on available Ford collision resources, including FordCrashParts.com and Motorcraftservice.com 2) Information on sectioning procedures, specifically for aluminum vehicles (F-series, Super Duty, Expedition and Navigator) 3) Overview on the all new electric Mustang Mach-E and Ford Bronco
