T-Shirts (if applicable, t-shirt will be indicated in program description) up your program fees helps to provide financial support to those who are unable to afford the program fee for activities.

I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to the allow the individual(s) named herein to participated in the activity(ies) indicated. I am aware and understand that there may be potential risks inherent with participation in any recreation activity and that the Shorewood School District and Recreation Dept. does not provide accident insurance and cannot assume responsibility for injury to any participants in the recreation programs. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities and do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the Shorewood Recreation Dept. employees, staff and other persons for all claims, injuries, liabilities, damage or right of action directly or indirectly arising out of use of Shorewood Recreation and Community Services Department activities. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the department staff to obtain medical treatment for the above named.

Shorewood Summer Sounds Concerts

Shorewood Recreation is pleased to offer a free outdoor concert series, Summer Sounds, on Wednesday evenings, starting at 6:00 pm, at Hubbard Park along the Milwaukee River. Bring a picnic or purchase food and beverage from Hubbard Park Lodge. Hubbard Park is accessible by Oak Leaf Trail or 3565 N. Morris Blvd. If you are interested in providing a financial donation to help sponsor the Shorewood Summer Sounds Concert, please contact the Recreation Department at (414) 963-6913 x 4.
