I love you, Lord

Call to worship Come, people of the risen King, Who delight to bring him praise, Come, all and tune your hearts to sing To the Morning Star of grace. From the shifting shadows of the earth We will lift our eyes to Him, Where steady arms of mercy reach To gather children in. Rejoice! Rejoice! Let ev’ry tongue rejoice! One heart, one voice, O Church of Christ, rejoice! Come, those whose joy is morning sun And those weeping through the night. Come, those who tell of battles won, And those struggling in the fight. For his perfect love will never change, And his mercies never cease, But follow us through all our days With the certain hope of peace. Rejoice…..

Come, young and old from every land, Men and women of the faith. Come, those with full or empty hands, Find the riches of His grace. Over all the world His people sing, Shore to shore we hear them call The truth that cries through every age; Our God is all in all. Rejoice! ............... (x2) Prayer All Age Address I'M GONNA JUMP UP AND DOWN, Gonna spin right around, Gonna praise Your Name forever. Gonna shout out loud, Gonna deafen the crowd, Gonna send my praise to heaven. I will run this race and I will never stop. I'll follow Jesus till the day I drop. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. When you've got such a lot, When you've got not a lot, What? Be happy! Children leave for Junior Kingz Kidz Reading:

Hymn 555

Amazing grace

Sermon You're the word of God the Father, From before the world began; Every star and every planet Has been fashioned by Your hand. All creation holds together By the power of Your voice: Let the skies declare Your glory, Let the land and seas rejoice!

You're the Author of creation, You're the Lord of every man; And Your cry of love rings out Across the lands. Yet You left the gaze of angels, Came to seek and save the lost, And exchanged the joy of heaven For the anguish of a cross. With a prayer You fed the hungry, With a word You stilled the sea; Yet how silently You suffered That the guilty may go free. With a shout You rose victorious, Wresting victory from the grave, And ascended into heaven, Leading captives in Your wake. Now You stand before the Father Interceding for Your own. From each tribe and tongue and nation You are leading sinners home. Statement of Faith I believe in the suffering God, the wounded Friend, who is the source and sustenance of all things, who refuses to be put off by human stupidity and sin, and will never surrender us to the corruption of evil. I believe in Christ Jesus, child of Mary, child of God, who came among us with grace, mercy and peace, who for the glory of God and the healing of humanity went to the Cross like a lamb to the slaughter, bearing our griefs and carrying our sorrows, and became the ever living source of salvation. I believe in the Holy Spirit of God, the companion of Christ’s light and love, who creates the church in the name of Jesus and sustains it against all odds, who counsels us, teaches us, inspires and inflames us with love.

I believe in the one universal church, into which we are baptised by water and the Spirit, the friends of Christ linking life and beyond-life in one unbroken fellowship of love, service and praise. Amen! During the Thanksgiving prayer remain seated and sing when the Minister invites you to do so Holy, holy, holy Lord, God of power and might, heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest. Blessed is he, O blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest. Hosanna in the highest. The peace of the Lord Jesus Christ be with you all Hymn 561

Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine

Benediction
