There will be a lot of swapping and some added fun to raise funds for Breast Foot Forward (bring a few extra £1 coins). Kingz Kidz Coffee Morning will be held on Saturday, 29th February, from 10.00am to 12.00pm in the church halls. We encourage everyone to come along and enjoy our stalls. Tickets will be £2. We are looking for donations of cakes, baking, traybakes, bottles for a bottle stall, books, games, DVDs and raffle prizes. Tickets are available to purchase from Amy Tanner. The children have agreed that our coffee morning is to help raise funds for the church's own defibrillator, which the church as a whole are now collecting donations for. We were proud to know that our kids are keen to be the first ones to start raising funds for such an important device for the church. 50% of the money we raise on the morning will go towards the church's defibrillator. If you would like to donate any of the above, Amy Tanner will be at the church halls on the Friday night before from 7.00pm to 8.00pm to collect any donations. Could we ask please, if possible, that you donate them at this time, or before 10.00am on the morning of the coffee morning so we can have them out ready for the coffee morning starting. Similarly, if you can physically help on the day, could you please let Amy know. Thank you so much. On Saturday, 28th March we will have our first MESSY CHURCH. Messy church is an afternoon gathering where families can come together to enjoy food together as well as crafts and Bible stories. Games will be provided for children and activities for families together. We encourage families to stay with younger children, however, if your child/children are older, you are welcome to drop your children off and join us later on for food. The afternoon will be from 4.00pm to 6.00pm, with food being served at 5.30pm. We are looking for volunteers to help promote our Messy Church as well as help on the day with donations of food, serving or other. If you are interested in helping, please email Amy Tanner, Email: amy_bh@hotmail.co.uk. If you know of anyone in hospital please let the minister know by telephone, email or the pew cards provided. Postcode for church is KA1 1BL. Intimations to Helen Colman, Email: helenmcolman@gmail.com, by Wednesday.
