HOUSING DESIGN VISUALIZATION - 3D MODELING
I designed an affordable housing project for a freelance client, creating 3D models in SketchUp and rendering them in Lumion. The renderings helped visualize the layout of the units and provided a clear representation of the flooring materials, giving the client a basic idea of how the spaces would look and feel upon completion.

The Nature Center located in Gloucester, MA, was situated on the UMASS Marine Station site. This project was part of a competition studio by MBMA Education, where we had to design a metal building to house programs like an observatory center and public areas intended to attract visitors.

The flower market project in Los Angeles was a collaboration between a group of two, where we were allocated parcel 10 on a large site. For this project, we designed a green facade featuring circular grills to support vegetation growth. We also developed the construction drawings for this project.

The affordable housing project located in Holyoke, MA, featured a design where housing units were arranged along the site's boundary, with a central courtyard in the middle of the apartments to encourage community interaction. To foster intergenerational connections, the design included a childcare center in the building, allowing elderly residents to interact with and help care for children.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWING
During my time at Jones Whitsett Architects, my responsibilities included creating construction documents and developing designs for the Craft’s Avenue and ELHS school project. This involved drafting window and door detail sheets, wall-type detail sheets, as well as plan and roof details.

Winner House-
The Winner House had a complex and intriguing roof design that deman precise attention to detail. A conceptual 3D model created in SketchUp used to demonstrate the roof's unique structure to the client, highlighting intricate angles and distinctive features."
Ray ball House-
The Ray Ball House was situated on a steep grade with gradual topography. We developed various design options for this mansion-like residence, which included an adjoining garage area to serve as a weekend retreat for the client.
Green Field Market
The Greenfield Market in Massachusetts is a project where I contributed by generating facade design options using Vector works software.
JJ’S Tavern Bar
The Kantam Residency in Ahmedabad is an affordable housing project where I contributed to both the schematic design and design development. I also took part in selecting the exterior materials for the project.

The Seven Ambiance Residence is one of the most luxurious and exclusive apartment complexes in a posh area of Ahmedabad. In this project, I was involved in design development and the preparation of construction documents.

Perspective
The site is located in Ahmedabad. The project aimed to construct houses for kite makers, offering two types of housing units to accommodate different income groups. The units were designed for two segments: HIG (Higher Income Group) and MIG (Medium Income Group).
An undergraduate research study trip to Jodhpur included a group project where we measured the entrance area at the back of the fort. The group then hand-drafted the entire plan and elevation, using ink for detailed work.
This sheet displays the chattri and wall sections of houses and buildings in Jaipur and Jodhpur. It also includes detailed sketches of roofs, elevations, city elements, and traditional construction techniques.
The foyer ceiling design features intricate detailing, with a circular profile light at its center. Wooden beams surround the light, adding a touch of richness and elegance to the foyer.

DOOR DETAILS
The design for a front door was created for a freelancing project, featuring a combination of wood, veneer, and metal. A profile light was installed to surround the door, and a double shutter detail was incorporated for added functionality.
