SERVICE UNIT COOKIE MANAGER GUIDE december/january: o o o o o
Support Council at Troop Chair Trainings (available at Council and regional Service Units throughout December and January). Submit troop paperwork to council on a weekly basis. Send out weekly membership lists to the Troop Chairs to show which girls are registered and submitted forms. Remind troops to attend cookie rally in their area. Verify and submit Service Unit initial cookie order to council by January 23.

Send out weekly membership lists to the Troop Chairs so that they can verify which girls and volunteers are registerd and submit forms. Support troops - answer questions and send sale reminders throughout the sale. Direct any issues to the council Product Program Team.

Remind troops of first and second ACH dates - March 3 and March 18. Verify that each troop has distributed all troop cookies to girls in eBudde by March 29. Verify that each troop has submitted a reward order and make changes as necessary by March 29. Collect any troop Outstanding Balance Forms and receipts and submit to council by March 29. Verify form for completeness and accuracy.
april/may: o Remind troops that the final ACH will take place on April 3. o Attend the SU Chair Cookie Debrief meeting at council on April 15. o Receive Troop Cookie Rewards. Verify that the order is accurate and notify council of any shortages. Schedule pickup date/time for troops to pick up their order from you.
