Making achievable goals and ensuring that you have a few short-term and longer-term- and goals or more ambitious goals helps us feel we're making progress. It doesn't matter if your goal for the day is something minimal; the important thing is to allow yourself to feel like you've achieved something and celebrate that! This calendar is full of ideas to help you think about putting this into practice. Action for Happiness is a movement of people committed to building a happier and more caring society. We want to see a fundamentally different way of life - where people care less about what they can get just for themselves and more about the happiness of others. aka Ubuntu. The Ministry of Health held the 2021 Heroes In Health Awards on November 12 2021.
