ABOUT MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS
Multiple sclerosis is an unpredictable, often disabling disease of the central nervous system that disrupts the flow of information within the brain, and between the brain and body. Symptoms range from numbness and tingling to blindness and paralysis. The progress, severity and specific symptoms of MS in any one person cannot yet be predicted, but advances in research and treatment are leading to better understanding and moving us closer to a world free of MS. Most people with MS are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50, with at least two to three times more women than men being diagnosed with the disease. MS affects more than 2.3 million worldwide.

BIKE MS: COUNTRY ROADS RIDE We are pleased to invite you to be a part of this extraordinary ride. Bike MS: Country Rodas Ride is a two-day fundraising cycling event, taking cyclists from The Greenbrier Resort to Snowshoe Mountain and back. Each year, over 100 people ride in this event, 50 dedicated individuals volunteer their time and enthusiasm to help us create an unforgettable experience, and hundreds of spectators come out to cheer on our cyclists as they complete the ride of their lives. Sponsors have the opportunity to interact with attendees at the pre-event packet pick-up Friday night, the overnight location at Snowshoe Mountain, and at the finish line celebrations at The Greenbrier Resort. Bike MS: Country Roads Ride will connect your business with individuals who love cycling and are passionate about achieving the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s vision of a world free of MS.
