Try Something New – VOLUNTEER for our 1st Stair Climb! On Saturday, September 24, 2011, the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Hampton Roads Chapter is holding our first “Go Vertical for MS” Stair Climb fundraising event at the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center. “Go Vertical for MS” is a thrilling and unique fitness fundraising event, where Climbers may use any combination of walking, running and resting to traverse 36 flights of stairs in a test of endurance. We are looking for dedicated volunteers to contribute their energy and passion to help the Climbers reach the top of the Westin. Live Fully, Live Well: A New Program for People with MS and Their Support Partners Managing your health and wellness is an integral part of “living well” with MS. Live Fully, Live Well is a comprehensive wellness program from the National MS Society and Can Do MS, designed for people living with MS and their support partners. To better serve all time zones, webinars will be offered from 7–8 p.m. & 9–10 p.m. The agenda is the same for each call, therefore, you can choose the time that works best for you.
