FULLY-FUNDED BOOST FOR YOUR BUSINESS WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF LEICESTER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS

The University of Leicester School of Business has supported over 250 small-to-medium sized businesses on the fully-funded Help to Grow: Management Course since September 2021. If you’re looking to develop leadership and management skills, optimise your business model, drive efficiencies or build greater engagement with your employees and customers this course can make a real practical difference.

Largely delivered online but with 4 half-day in-person workshops in Leicester, managers and business owners in SMEs with 5-249 employees are invited to take advantage of this opportunity to join the next start date on 5th May. The programme is 90% government-funded and 10% funded through a business support bursary provided by the University of Leicester School of Business.

Delivered by Small Business Charter accredited business schools, Help to Grow: Management is endorsed by key business figures including Alison Rose (CEO Natwest), Ann Francke (CEO Chartered Management Institute) and Byron Dixon (CEO Micro-Fresh).

Completed over 12 weeks, with a time commitment of 4-5 hours a week, the course covers key topics including digital adoption, strategy and innovation, entering new markets, leading change, employee engagement and responsible business practices. The programme includes 8 online seminars, 4 in-person workshops, 8 peer group calls and 10 hours of one-toone mentoring leading to creation of a growth action plan for your business.
