Welcome Welcome to SolidCell inc. biologocal health solutions brand guidelines. SolidCell is always working towards supplying simple solutions to better people's lives. This effort applies to everything we do — from our scientific approach, to our production processes, to the character, visuals, and sense of our communications. This document contains all you need to know about how the SolidCell brand graphics should be applied on office stationary, marketing tools and product packaging. The purpose of these guidelines is to make sure that the SolidCell brand is consistently represented in all media. Using our brand correctly is extremely important to us so every graphic project should refer and adhere to these guidelines. SolidCell team Version 1.0

The SolidCell Logo The SolidCell logo is the proncipal symbol of our corporation. It brings together all of us, across responsibilities and geographies, and anounces to the market who we are and what are our values.

Logo Usage: Primary This positive logo Comes in two versions. Use the 2-color positive logo whenever possible. Use the primary CMYK positive logo when only CMYK printing is available.

2-color positive. Use this version for premium print applications.

Logo Usage: Secondary One-color logos Use these logos when 2-color and CMYK logos cannot be used. They are designed to provide legibility for specific application types. Please mind that the hexagon and letters in the white logo version can be transparent. Any background behind the logo should be revealed.

Solid Cell one-color Blue Use this version when the application requires a one-color or simplified mark (e.g. small sizes).

Solid Cel l White Use this version when the application requires a simplified mark in white and the background is too dark to allow use of the primary mark or the one-color secondary version (e.g., negative applications).

Solid Cell Black Use this version when the application requires a simplified mark in black (e.g., fax sheet).

Logo Usage: Digital Media These versions are used for all desktop and on-screen applications (e.g. TV, presentations and web development).

Please mind that the hexagon and letters in the white logo version can be transparent. Any background behind the logo should be revealed.

RGB positive. This is the Primary version for internet, video, TV, email signatures, Microsoft applications, etc.

RGB negative. Use this version when the application requires a simplified mark in white and the background is too dark to allow use of the preferred mark. 15

Logo Clear Space To ensure that the SolidCell logo is easily identifiable and visible, allocate the following clear space: • Always surround the SolidCell logo with clear space in the measure of 30% of the hexagonal SolidCell logo size on the outer limits of the logo. • The space between the SolidCell logo and the logotype should always be in the measure of 20% of the SolidCell logo.

Logo Minimum Size The primary and secondary SolidCell logos can be used in a minimum width of 1.5 cm for print use and a minimum width of 60 pixels for digital media use. The SolidCell logo/tagline combo can be used in a minimum width of 8 cm for print use and a minimum width of 226 pixels for digital media use. Always maintain the aspect ratio when changing the logo’s size.

Logo on Bckground - Solid Logo Place the solid logo on backgrounds that provide good contrast to make sure that it is clearly recognizable.

Logo Don'ts Do not alter the SolidCell logo in any circumstances. Consider the logo version and the background it is placed on. The examples show various uses to avoid.

Logo with Tagline Combo Format Use the attachment formats when applying the tagline to corporate marketing communications. This is the primary attachment format for most applications. The logo is followed by the tagline, and the tagline is centered with the logo hexagon. Place the first word of the tagline on the right edge of the logo, in a distance of a smaller hexagon, 20% of the logo size,

Use of Hues for Infographics Only use tints of colors when treating infographics, otherwise use the color at 100%. Using pairs of colors that have adequate contrast will make the design of information graphics more effective. Specific transparency levels for each color are designed to add visual depth and flexibility and to convey additional levels of data hierarchy.

Color Gradients Gradients should only be used on the hexagon and only for primary SolidCell logo or divisions logos. Gradints are between the full color from the SolidCell color palette and it's 60% hue. Gradients will always be applied vertically, when the full color is on the right and the 60% hue is on the left.

The SolidCell Dot Graphics The dot graphics convey the qualities within SolidCellr’s purpose and mission. Dot graphics is allowed on solid company color background or on an background image. Use one dot graphic per application. Dot graphics will always be white on any SolidCell approved background and SolidCell blue on white backgrounds.

General dot graphics

General dot graphics will always be used as large concepts and never as icons. For line weight 1 pt, dashwill be 0.05 pt and gap willbe 3.021 pt. For division Icons dot graphics line weight 1 pt, dash will be 0.1 pt and gap will be 8 pt. Version 1.0

SolidCell Primary Font SolidCell’s primary typeface is Kelson Sans. Modern, flexible, easy to read, open, and accessible, Kelson Sans is uniquely suited for a wide range of visual media purposes. Use Kelson Sans for all SolidCell's printed and digital media where possible. The weights shown for Kelson Sans are approved for use.

The SolidCell Dot Font The KG Primary Dots font is parallel to the dot graphics of the SolidCell visual language and can be used in combination with Kelson Sans. KG Primary Dots helps to create a one of a kind look for the SolidCell brand. Only use KG Primary Dots for graphics at a type size no smaller than 36pts and for short headlines. Always use the KG Primary Dots font in white on any SolidCell approved background and SolidCell blue on white backgrounds.
