LIVCON Learning Academy has recently approached us to deliver an inspiring four day train the trainer course for 100+ Turkish coaches and business people.

We delivered a course called “Creating your Legend” to empower HP managers to discover the heroes hidden within them and become more effective leaders.
This course was part of a residential programme for 70 managers of HP to grow their leadership and management skills. The sessions we run combined techniques from both training and coaching to accelerate learning: participants left inspired and equipped with practical tools to lead their teams more effectively.

TRAINING OBJECTIVES You want every participant to leave inspired because they have improved the way they give business presentations and deliver trainings. They will gain the confidence to speak effectively in front of large audiences. They will have a good understanding of how to use training tools to make their presentations more interactive and engaging. They will know how to inspire their audience to take action.
To make the most of the training we deliver, we always follow a 4 steps process to maximise the learning experience for participants and deliver the results you want to achieve. The four stages of our method is:
1: Training needs analysis 2: Tailoring the course content and preparing unique material 3: Delivering the training 4: Post training follow-up
STAGE 1: TRAINING NEEDS ANALYSIS To give participants the learning experience they need, we will first assess where they currently are in terms of skills, knowledge and attitude. We will also explore the change they want to see by the end of the training.
We do our basic training needs analysis through an online survey. To create more a more in-depth training needs analysis, we interview a sample of the participants to ask them directly about their learning needs and expectations.

STAGE 3: TRAINING DELIVERY We will come 24 hours before the training to get a feel for the venue and finalise all logistical preparations. We will deliver the training to satisfy participants and collect feedback on a daily basis.
All training is delivered to the highest standards: inspiring, engaging and effective.
We have options to bring one to three trainers depending on your needs: more than one trainer gives your participants a diversity of training style, as well as the opportunity to have smaller groups work and break out sessions that participants can choose from.
STAGE 4: FOLLOW UP A follow-up programme helps improve learning retention and gives higher satisfaction to the participants: it is often a week or two after the training that they are faced with a real challenge, and this is when they need the extra help and support to get over these obstacles.
We can offer follow-up options that range from a survey to a webinar, a conference call, peer learning groups as well as a set of motivational emails.

PAYMENT Clients follow a two-stage payment structure whereby the first installment covers 50% of the total value upon signature of the contract. The remaining 50% will be due 14 days after the training delivery has been completed.
