The goal of this zine is to showcase a voice that feels like it's not being heard. NoCulture is an attempt to allow those who feel underrepresented in mainstream institutions to express themselves through multiple mediums in one place. The agency that we assert by doing this allows a freedom that goes beyond anything that can be granted by any government or authority. The hope of NoCulture is to allow every culture to be expressed with out claiming to be representative of any one culture.
