Lemonade

Ingredients: 

You need some lemons

Sugar

Salt

Water

How to prepare? First wash all lemons around five lemons, then extract the juice of them, then put in pitcher, after add water, some sugar and some salt, then mix all ingredients, and you finish, you try it.


Mango Juice

Ingredients: 

You need some mangos

Sugar

Water

Ice

How to prepare? 

First wash all mangos you need, Then cut in little pieces, After put in the blender and mash up! Then put in a glass and add sugar and if you want ice do it! And now you have a fresh juice.


Orange Juice

Ingredients: 

You need some oranges

Sugar

If you want vanilla

Water

How to prepare? 

First wash the oranges, for six person you need around five oranges, then extract the juice of them, after put in the pitcher, and add water, some Sugar and if you want add vanilla do it!, Then mix all ingredients, after you have a delicious and healthy drink.


Jamaica Juice

Ingredients: 

Jamaica´s flower

Sugar

Water

How to prepare? 

Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add cup of Jamaica´s flower and add some sugar, Allow mixture to boil for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and allow to steep for about 10 minutes. Strain this infusion into a separate container, add the remaining 4 cups of cold water, and mix well. Then Enjoy


Tamarind Juice

Ingredients: 

You need Tamarind

Sugar or Honey

How to prepare? 

Wash the tamarind fruit with water to get rid of all the dirt. Now remove all the seeds from the tamarind pod and keep it ready for boiling. Pour about two glasses of water and let it boil. Now, add the tamarind fruit in the bowl of boiling water and let it cook on a low flame. If it has, then the water will turn into a think dark brown liquid. After add sugar, and ice, and ready to drink.


Horchata

Ingredients: 

2 cups of milk

1 cup uncooked white long-grain rice

5 cups water

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or almond flavoring

How to prepare? 

Mix the rice and water and let stand at room temperature for 40-50 min. Blend water and rice for about 1 minute. Strain the rice chunks out of the water. Add the vanilla, sugar, milk, and cinnamon into the rice water. Chill for a half hour. Stir and serve over ice if wanted.


Pineapple Juice

Ingredients: 

Pineapple

How to prepare? 

Cut the leaf top off from the pineapple, then trim the skin from the sides. Cut the pineapple into small pieces, discarding the core. Put the small pieces of pineapple into the blender/juicer. Add 2 teaspoons of sugar, Mix for about 1-3 minutes.


Coffee

How to prepare? 

First boil water, after put in a cup, and add 1 tablespoon of coffee and 2 tablespoon of sugar and then mix. If you want add milk do it! Is most delicious.

How to prepare? 

Cut in little pieces of banana, put in the blender, add milk and then sugar, if you want add vanilla and cinnamon do it! will have an exquisite flavor.

How to prepare? 

How to prepare? 

Flan

Ingredients: 

Brown Sugar

How to prepare? 

Mix the eggs (yolk and a bit of the white), condensed milk, evaporated milk, and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Sprinkle or spread several tablespoons of brown sugar in the mold that you are going to use for the leche flan. Caramelize the sugar either in an oven, toaster oven, or on the stove top for about 3 minutes or until the sugar melts. Place the leche flan inside a steamer and steam until cooked for about 20-30 minutes. Let the cooked leche flan cool for 15 minutes.

How to prepare? 

Combine the sugar, cornstarch, cocoa powder, and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer, and stir until thick, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and butter. Transfer to heatproof bowl, and refrigerate until cool, approximately 20 minutes, then stir the chocolate chips into the cooled chocolate mixture. Pour into molds and freeze until firm, about 4 hours.

How to prepare? 

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda. Set aside. In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden. Let stand on cookie sheet two minutes before removing to cool on wire racks.
