Upper Noe Rec Center in Bloom pring is blooming at Upper Noe Rec. Gardening staff has been working with young park employees through the Greenager Program to spruce up the perimeter gardens and borders. The view from the sidewalks is looking fresh and colorful. Inside the park, the view has improved, too. Visitors are once again greeted by smiling faces, as proof of vaccination and face coverings are no longer required to enter the building.
