Upper Harbor Terminal Due to the site’s unique industrial past and close proximity to the grand rounds, Upper Harbor Terminal’s redevelopment offered opportunities to connect the North Minneapolis community to the river and region. The physical design of the park was largely inspired by Harold Fisk’s cartography maps of the Mississippi river.

Davern & West 7th With the potential of a modern street car being implemented on the thoroughfare of West 7th in St. Paul, our site presented a unique opportunity to create a gateway for the transit line. The gateway development not only serves those passing through, but also the existing community.
