Committed to our community

Over the past year and a half, Karen Kane has partnered with GrowGood, a Los Angeles urban farm and 501(c)(3) organization, to host employee volunteer events to help feed homeless residents of our community and provide them with opportunities to get back on their feet. GrowGood manages an urban farm that's attached to the Salvation Army's Bell Shelter, closely located to our headquarter office in Downtown Los Angeles. Teams of Karen Kane employees have helped plant new vegetables, harvest crops, remove weeds from gardens, prune trees, maintain orchards, wash produce, clear farm paths, tend native plants, and learn about the way healthy food and gardening can act as catalysts for healing.
