HOW TO LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME This document provides the steps for a converted user (someone who already uses digital banking at Mascoma Bank) to log into the new platform, Alkami, for the first time. Before you log into Alkami for the first time, you will need your current digital banking user name and password. To locate your user name, log in to your current account and from your dashboard, click the arrow beside your name in the bottom left of your screen and select “Settings.” Click “Security” to see your Username.

Enter your username and password and click Log In.
