Black young men are disenchanted, demoralised, and depressed. It looks like it is a lack of opportunities, but in reality, it is a lack of guidance, training, and support that can enable them to exploit existing options and then create new opportunities for themselves. Nomayini: The Mentality You Need Before You Start Any Business is a business strategy and self-help book written for young black men between the ages of 18 at 35 predominately from the townships with an entrepreneurial mindset or aspire to develop one. In the book, I help the young reader navigate the mentally hostile environment they live in by developing a mindset that will improve the reader's life financially, mentally, and emotionally. 'Nomayini' means 'anything' in IsiZulu language. The term is slang used pervasively in the urban landscape and townships as a supplicatory expression by Nyaope (heroin) addicts.
