Enter Into “Alana’s” World With Noneillah’s Fashion Collections Alana "Rosa" Edwards is a 25 -year old model, photographer, and magazine owner from The Bronx, New York City. She started modeling at the age of 19, after being denied the opportunity to model in pageants as a child. Her opportunity came after kindling a love for photography. She is naturally photogenic, and created her own opportunity to shine assisting photographers, wardrobe and prop stylists. In other words, she worked from the bottom up. Since 2012, she has had the opportunity to participate in variety of photo shoots, fashion shows, charity events, and representing some of the finest brands as an ambassador to the public, such as Noneillah . She enjoys fashion shows more than Photo shoots, as it gives her the ability to interact and network with her audience. It also gives her purpose to excel as she is an entertainer at heart. Recently, an opportunity arose to expand her brand to Philadelphia, and it truly is the "City of Brotherly Love". She is looking forward to strengthening her brand through paid commercial, couture, and urban wear modeling as well as becoming a media personality.

Join The Movement! Help Save Innocent Lives Like Deshon Who Were Killed By A Reckless NJ TRANSIT & COACH USA Bus Driver

Well, make no mistake: a gun is a weapon, just like a vehicle is a weapon—and right now, a family is grieving. Deshon, a young man, was killed by a reckless bus driver only six months after his close friend and neighbor, Christian Nobel Ross, was also struck dead by a reckless bus driver—but no one, not the bus driver, not the bus company, nor are the police are standing up and doing what’s right-justice. They would rather Deshon’s life completely disappear. Sadly, Deshon is one of many lives taken away by reckless bus drivers. But not standing up and doing the right thing, these bus company owners are condoning murder, and injuring citizens with no remorse.

Deshon Johnson’s friend Ana got this tattoo for his March 5th birthday gift 2016 in memory of her beloved friend. Article by Brandon F. Johnson from Fiverr If a reckless driver, in the dead of night, hit and killed one of your loved ones, what would you do? You’d want to make sure the driver behind the wheel paid the price—and was held accountable for their actions. What would you do if someone took a gun and shot someone you loved? You’d want them to be held accountable, too, right?

www.noneillah.blogspot.com

All it would take is a reaffirmation of a proper driving protocol. All it would take is doing right by Deshon’s family. All it would take is the dignity and fortitude to admit fault. No one wants to commit murder, or take innocent lives away. But, when we don’t speak up and make our voices heard, we empower injustice and murder to take its toll on families everywhere. But, right now, we can make a difference. Join ‘Justice for Deshon’ on Facebook, and sign the Justice for Deshon petition on Change.org. (Continue on next page)

Hip-Hop Artist and Noneillah’s CEO Sean Cos Mason Story

Sean Cos Mason, or Sean M for short, was tragically killed/murdered in July 18, 2012, at the age of 22 by the bus he was supposed to be a passenger on. The Haitian native bus driver, Wilson Romaine, was operating an NJ Transit bus 709 on Broad Street and Bay Avenue in Bloomfield NJ. As you would expect, Cos was waiting at the bus stop, and signaled the bus driver to stop, so he could board the bus and go to work. However, the driver refused to stop. Instead, out of nowhere, he started driving recklessly towards Deshon, and jumped the www.noneillah.blogspot.com

sidewalk curb, where he was tragically mown down then dragged by the bus to his demise. The bus driver was not charged. The Essex County Vehicular Homicide detectives and NJ Transit State Bus Company are trying to cover up Sean’s death by making false accusations that he is to blame for his own death. The case is still under investigation. Sean’s mother has repeatedly been disrespectfully treated by The Bloomfield town NJ Transit and Essex County Vehicular Homicide team. They have been attempting to cover up the case with false claims and lies. Ultimately, the prosecution office has broken Sean’s and his mother’s civil rights by not properly arresting Wilson Romaine. This is because the prosecution detective had poorly investigated Sean’s case. They refer to it as an accidental so NJ Transit can avoid holding any responsibility. While County prosecutors say that the incident happened the Town road, the town of Bloomfield says that it happened on the county road. Sadly, Sean’s death is in vain. He started singing in choirs at the age of eleven, and rapping at age fourteen. He was known as Cosmos at Ice Grill Entertainment. He later released albums called ‘Bang On Em’, ‘Just Because We Ice Grill’, and ‘Life (Continue on next page)

Hurts’. He even wrote at the age of 16 when his mother was involved in car

accident that left her permanently disabled. He also has several other kinds of music too. In his late teens, he branched out on his own to work at Noneillah Entertainment. He and his former Ice Grill group made a cameo appearance in their videos. Most noticeably, he was a member of Hip Hop Stash/ Still Hip Hop Stash, an online entertainment website, with best friend James Little and cousin Mathew Victors. James and Matthew change the website name to

Noneillah.com in his honor. Sean is the owner of Noneillah Business, and he has a collection of Noneillah merchandise at his Noneillah store. He later went on to release songs on YouTube and Google called ‘Hands on the Wheel’ in June 9, 2012, ‘Remix Kelly Rowland Motivation’, ‘Martians vs. Goblins’, ;Somthin More’, ‘Right Please’, ‘Jump Up’ and ‘DaDirty’ So Jersey).

Breahne Model Advice

Article by: Breahne Dolan Photo credit David Allen Mannor

I was looking at some old headshots and comp cards. My friend Ricco Daniels, and I had a very interesting conversation yesterday. He asked me "how does an inexperienced model begin making money?" I said that the answer really is you can't. You have to invest in the career. Without education or experience, you really aren't going anywhere except for a few amateur contests and men's magazines. We also talked about a few other subjects, one being TFPs, and the second being comp-cards... who knows what their comp card is!? Comp cards became a subject while he was giving me an example of the ads he runs across, something like new model $50 shoot trying to build portfolio." Now professionals are giggling...

www.noneillah.blogspot.com

First, you need to invest in a great comp card and headshots; you need to know about lighting, posing, etc... Then you build your portfolio! But! You build it with jobs that you have been chosen for a director, agency or any other professional in this industry. These people hire you for non-paid or paid positions for whatever they want you to do. or If you have been honored by a photographer who does TFP with you can be a wonderful money saver. You don't get paid to build your portfolio, in fact, you invest. More importantly, you need the first step: A comp card (Invest in a good comp card) and good photos for your card. Those are the key to getting your portfolio seen and asked for in an interview, and audition. A photographer is not responsible for building your portfolio or resume because they are wasting just as much time and energy from their own professional craft. The photographer’s skill is no less important than your trying to build your brand as a model. You must understand that as a model, it's (Continue on next page)

an honor to be picked by a great photographer for a TFP. In the beginning I always pay, I began to get TFP. I finally get promoted to paid shoots. But, fortunately for me I have experience, education references and have invested in this as a career. He also valued my offering him a little advice, because I’m a girl is climbing the ladder, and am still growing into the model industry. Also, I feel that girls who have achieved success may also give him a few pointers here and there because intimately it’s not only their time they are investing, they are advertising, teaching classes, and yes, paying for their own photos too! You may be the most beautiful woman in the room, but if you don't know what model stance one is, you're already off the list. Also, if you go to a casting call without a comp card, you may not be able to get in- it’s just like trying to get into the club without any identification. Modeling is an art, a skill, and a talent, but so is photography. They go hand in hand. You both have to work together to make a beautiful picture. Now, if a photographer does not charge you for any photo shoots and chooses to offer you their work for free-you should feel honored. You must keep in mind that doing a lot of photo shoots doesn’t’ guarantee you” get a paid modeling gig or make you an www.noneillah.blogspot.com

experienced and educated trained model. But, after thinking about this, my answer is that the only way I can see an inexperienced and uneducated "model" making money is by investing in an excellent photographer to help build a beautiful comp card. Ace your audition and live every model's dream of being "discovered"... I personally think that should go to school on practicing and being dedicated. I don't like the "I think I'll be a model today" type of thinking. Models that fool themselves into thinking they’ll make a lot of money without investing in the career. I love the art and beauty of modeling and fashion but I'd never turn down good advice when I see it and would help anyone understand... bias free. My photographer, Ricco Daniels, of Artsy.Photos LLC knows more than photography. He knows what industry professionals are looking for, and can help you with an excellent Comp card building service of your own. Or, if you have an amazing concept shoot, they’re truly amazing at turning (Continue on next page)

that fantasy into a reality and make it a moment captured in time. Artsy Photos LLC is one of my favorite photographers to work with. They are interested in learning what it is that makes a model needs to do to maximize their investment. I’d like to hear you opinion guys! know what do you guys! What do you think about having a good comp card?

I encourage all models to try and open up their eyes see the difference between people who love the art, and people who just love the money and notoriety. Along with helping young models realize that modeling isn’t easy, it’s a career, and just like everything else, it's a job.

5 Types of Males and Females You Should Run From (Fast!) Article inspired by Dr. Phil

It is a well-known fact that women are always in search for love, to find their so-called right man, but really, they don’t know what they’re letting themselves for. They try to seek a man using nothing but their heart and emotions. They don’t even get to know the guys that come their way. They become blinded by their physicality, and don’t bother to understand their personality. Once they get feelings for a guy, they become hooked. Only then do they start seeing his unruly behavior. So, you women out there, it’s about time you knew about the 5 types of guys you should always run away from to save yourself from being heartbroken once again. Of course, there are plenty of great guys out there, but I’ve also known some really bad guys in my time. I wouldn’t be honest with you if I didn’t tell you about some guys who have a dark side. So, how can you avoid the bad apples? Watch out for these five types of guy. 1. The Hit ‘er-and-Quit ‘er These guys are the ones who just don’t like women at all. And yet, they use women as often as possible. They’re only after sex! Their need for intimacy and female companionship ends at the foot of the bed. They will say virtually anything to get a girl naked and have no conscience about what lies and misrepresentations they tell to get there. These men are predators and will move on, even if they do ‘like you’. You should watch out for them. You’ll know it’s ‘him’ when he starts to pressure you into www.noneillah.blogspot.com

having sex with over-the-top urgency, and get aggressive when you say no. 2. The Kiss-and-Teller These are the braggarts who are more interested in a trophy for the sole purpose of having a story to tell. Unlike the previous guy, who may not even care about his image, these guys wait to parade you around like a trophy — and then get away from you so they can tell their stories. Their only interest is meeting what they believe are society’s expectations. So, they won’t try to get to know you at all. They just want to show you off and make people think that they have something, even if they don’t. 3. The Smother Brother These guys are overwhelmed by a need for control. For example, they might tell a girlfriend how to dress, or where she is and is not allowed to go. Their problem is that they can’t deal with uncertainty, so they micromanage their life out of your relationship. At first, it might feel good that they’re really head over heels in love with you and so invested in you. But be patient! Soon you might find that their interest is not in caring for you, but in controlling you. Don’t confuse smothering with love. 4. The Pretender He is playing a script and he doesn’t care who is playing opposite him. He just likes his role of romantic lead, which he may eagerly play all the way up to (Continue on next page)

the altar. But he has no intention of ever following through by sticking around to do the actual work. Once this guy feels he’s got you, it’s ‘game over’ — now he must figure out what to do with you. And that’s either too scary or too boring a proposition for him to deal with, so he moves on. 5. The Mama’s Boy Unemployed and seeking a woman who is affluent to take care of him both emotionally and financially, mama’s boys are looking to be — you guessed it — mommies. Instead of viewing relationships as their chance to grow into adulthood, they look at women as mothers who will feed, clothe and clean up after them. Watch out for guys who never seem to have any money, so they expect you to pay for dinner or even ask for loans.

Boy, oh boy, I can put some faces with each of these five categories! These guys are out there. Beware! Types of Girls You Should Stay Clear Away From It is a well-known fact that guys are always in search for love, to find their so-called right girl, but really, they don’t know what they’re letting themselves for. They try to seek a woman using nothing but their heart and emotions. They don’t even get to know the women that come their way. They become blinded by their physicality, and don’t bother to understand their personality. Once they get feelings for a woman, they become hooked. Only then do they start seeing their possessive behavior. So, you men out there, it’s about time you knew about the 5 types of women

www.noneillah.blogspot.com

you should always run away from to save yourself from being heartbroken once again. 1. The Woman Who Like to Argue This chick has made it her hobby to argue about absolutely everything. She’s mastered the technique of bringing up topics and past arguments that are completely unrelated to the issue at hand. The more you try to tell her that her sense of logic is out of whack, the more she'll argue. She may also try to make you feel guilty about everything you do, even situations that you have absolutely no control over. Obviously, if you're always tense when you're with your girlfriend, it defeats the purpose of having a relationship. If you’re involved with this type of woman, now is the time to run in the other direction. 2. The Cheater There are ultimately two types of chronic cheaters. The first will announce her history of infidelity on the first date as if she takes pride in it. This type is easy to detect and get away from quickly. The second is much more cunning — she cheats without ever admitting to it, even when you confront her directly. In this case, your only chance of finding out the truth is by asking someone who knows her well and whom you think you can trust. For example, if you get along with one of her long-time male friends, you can try getting the dirt from him. However, if she's cheating on you with

(Continue on next page)

him, you're out of luck. If you have no way of finding out but you continue to have doubts, get rid of her. Trust is the foundation of any good relationship. 3. The Daddy’s Girl The Princess is one high maintenance chick. If she breaks a nail, she’ll expect you to drop everything you're doing and drive her to the nail salon immediately. There's no way she'll go to the pub to have a beer and watch the game; only the trendiest venues will do. Her daddy always told her she was a princess and she expects to be treated like one. Not only will she constantly keep you busy taking care of her every need, the Princess can also cost you a pretty penny too. Although she's not necessarily after your money like the Gold Digger, she has expensive taste and expects you to shower her with wonderful things and take her out to posh places on a regular basis. 4. The Woman Who Acts Like They’re Your Mother If your girlfriend is constantly fixing your hair and tucking in your shirt, you're the victim of a Mother Goose. Although she may have good intentions and be great in many other ways, her motherly instincts will eventually drive you up the wall. She may not be a lost cause, however; some women can be taught to stop ‘mothering’ you. However, if you've talked to her about it a few times and she still can't resist the urge to spit on a tissue to remove a spot from your face, you might have to go your separate ways. 5. The Talkative Woman Whether you're with friends, family, or even just the dog, she always must be

www.noneillah.blogspot.com

the center of everyone's attention. To accomplish this, she may use one or many of the following techniques: talking excessively loud, wildly gesturing, telling unbelievable stories just to capture everyone's attention, or wearing extremely provocative outfits. Although this type of woman can be exhausting because she's always putting on a show, some men do enjoy women with lots of personalities. Just be sure that you can handle it before you get involved.
