Fashion Technology Accelerator (FTA), Milan November - December 2022

Curricular Internship - Marketing and Communication Strategy & Design

• Collaborated closely with my colleagues to create and design a digital marketing campaign for FTA, which included social Media, newsletters, e-mailers and website updates

• Created and designed a complex customer journey for a progressive web app (PWA) with multiple outcomes and possibilities

• Closely examined and reported on the need for major marketing and design interventions needed for an innovative textile start-up for digital media

• Created systemic design guidelines and strategies for all visual communication at this international marketing and branding agency

01. CREATING A SOCIAL CROWDFUNDING PLATFORM

the project

The GuluckFund has been created as a platform that can open channels of communication and recognition which can establish and also materialize into a space where individuals and organizations can access these innovations and provide opportunities to connect and create mutually beneficial business opportunities, by investing in these ideas or buying them at market value.

This project and all aspects of it have been developed and designed solely by me. This was my final thesis project for Regent’s University London, which was an extensive exploratory process of research, ideation, and execution.

02. COMPLETE DEVELOPMENT OF A SUB-BRAND TARGETING NEW AUDIENCES AND MARKETS FOR KARTELL

the project

Kurioso is a sub-brand of Kartell that offers its users a hybrid experience, by creating a community space with transparency where innovation and technology can come together to create smart products that spark joy and help improve the lives of the consumers. Kurioso aims to represent the new and eager audience that Kartell desires to capture, and also be a space that is eager to learn, grow, evolve and develop cool, new smart products.

03. PRODUCT STRATEGY the brand

the project

The project is developed through thorough research of the Barilla brand and BluRhapsody. The food and beverage sector saw a dramatic shift in consumer behaviour toward foodrelated experiences and demand for inclusivity of dietary restrictions. However, the limit of BluRhapsody’s product technology is placeable in Ho.re.ca’s to get the most use out of such innovation. Therefore, our proposal is “Pasta Dolce; Craft your Indulgence '' a subsidiary of the Barilla brand, to create a sweet experience, like never before.

my role

My main role in this project for Barilla was that of creating the strategy to reposition Barilla and the 3D printed technology they own as a premium to luxury immersive service.

I was instrumental in the research phase of the project, the business modeling, creating the communication plans, especially the social media plans and the customer journeys.

04. EXPERIENCE DESIGN

the challenge

The workshop addresses aspects and contemporary methodologies related to people’s activity, context analysis and speculative design. It also examines experience scenario development, solution, validation, and assessment. The unit/module investigates the main domain of User Experience analysis, where students employ methodologies and best practices. Primary research activities will be implemented as a component of the process with the objective of consolidating forms of knowledge extraction. This project will be on display at Ostello Bello Milano Duomo, during Milan Design Week, 2023.

my role

I worked on all stages of the project; the research, user journeys, concept and the final idea to create the CLUBO! Membership. I created the vision, business plan, the ClubO! logo and branding, art directed the extended brand language and the application interface.

05. ENTREPRENEURSHIP – BUSINESS MODELING the project

This was an immersive crash course at Domus Academy on entrepreneurship and business modelling focused on the entrepreneurial process of opportunity identification and exploitation; the nature of entrepreneurial opportunities; the traits of entrepreneurs; and the final definition of a business plan.

my role

This was an individual project where I identified an opportunity and developed the concept, communication, application and business model for my user generated community platform Incog.
