Conceptual: meaning a project has been announced, but financing and a construction schedule have not been finalized. Planning: meaning a project has advanced to a point where a construction schedule has been determined and due diligence is underway. Under Construction: meaning ground has been broken. Completed: meaning there is no longer any active construction on the project site. This list was compiled and is maintained by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership.
