SHIPPING

IMPORTANT! Customer is responsible for any additional residential delivery, lift gate, or inside delivery fees imposed by the carrier. Many larger mats are shipped disassembled to save on shipping cost and reduce the possibility of damage.

EQUIPMENT SOLD IS GUARANTEED FOR A PERIOD OF 2 YEARS from the date of invoice against faulty manufacturing or defects in materials for mats and padding. The seller’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair, at its option, replace, at its expense, any defective part or parts. Material claimed defective must be returned PREPAID to us for examination. Breakage caused by extreme usage will not be covered as it does not constitute defective material or faulty workmanship.

BEHIND OUR NAME

Norbert Dill was German National Wheel Gymnastics Champion from 1960-1964. When he moved to the US in 1964, he brought his gym wheel and introduced his sport and skill to athletes and audiences nationwide. He obtained an executive position with a major American gymnastics equipment supplier, quickly gaining recognition within the gymnastics community for his expertise and ethics. In 1978 Norbert founded his own business believing he could design and manufacture products far superior to those available elsewhere. Melding innovative design features, high-end materials and expert craftsmanship, Norbert’s mats and training products soon earned a reputation for unsurpassed quality and value.
