Horrible Histories: The Movie - Rotten Romans Mon 2 Sept 2pm Wed 4 Sept 11.30am and 2pm Dir: Dominic Brigstocke 2019 92 mins, UK The Romans rule the civilised world – and that includes Britain. Celt queen Boudicca gathers an army in Britain to repel the rotten Romans. Mixed up in this battle for liberation are the teenage Roman soldier Atti and Celt Orla.

But not everyone celebrates the new cub’s arrival. After Simba is exiled, he makes a curious pair of new friends. With their help, Simba will have to figure out how to take back what is rightfully his.

Margaret Atwood: Live in Cinemas Wed 18 Sept 2pm 100 mins | £15 Encore screening. An evening with the Canadian novelist, poet and literary critic. Following the release of The Testaments, her highly anticipated sequel to The Handmaid’s Tale.
