As we step into the 2023/24 lighting season, we are proud to present a range with even better designs, more exciting functionalities and higher quality at remarkably affordable prices.

Each of our lighting categories have their own special highlights, but common to them all is our continuous wish to create products you want to bring home.

The styles in our large, decorative assortment range from classic New Nordic designs that are colourful, modern and streamlined to more raw, industrial pieces. We explore nature’s materials such as marble and paper, and expand into more Art Deco and vintage styles.

As something completely new, we explore the world of lighting for the children’s room. Wall lights, pendants and table lamps in cute, organic shapes that are perfect for making kids feel safe during the night.

This year, we provide functional solutions for all needs and areas of the home, including new variants of our bestsellers in black. Our downlight range is more comprehensive than ever before and features models with our patented, easy push-in installation method.

Our Smart range is supported by our new and highly improved app, making it easier than ever to take full control of your lights, both inside and outside. We also invite you to explore our new line of products with colour ambience to create the perfect light for a colourful life.

For 2023/24, the DNA of our outdoor range is defined by durable materials and designs that are made to last for many years. We are continuously working towards a greener tomorrow through natural energy sources, anti-light pollution and longterm durability.

The new outdoor range also expands and improves our Take Me Anywhere and Designed For Seaside concepts. Our Seaside products are made to last for many years due to both their design and materials, thus inviting the consumer to break with throwaway culture.

Last but not least, we present a full range of A-class bulbs that are our most energy efficient bulbs ever (Energy Class A). They have an extra-long lifetime of 30,000 hours – twice as long as a standard bulb, but in the exact same style and size.

Bathroom lighting is a category with very specific safety regulations. Wet areas with moisture, steam and flowing water require very strict lighting regulations.

Our ”Bathe in Light” concept combines all safety regulations for the different zones in the bathroom with the newest LED technology such as our Moodmaker™ function. Moodmaker™ allows you to shift between functional and relaxing light, for example by switching to a dim night light when visiting the bathroom during the night.

As part of our “Bathe in Light concept”, we also have developed products with high colour rendering index (RA/CRI90), providing a natural light that is very close to sunlight. With this light , skin tones and colours are accurately reproduced, which is important when applying makeup and getting ready in the bathroom.

Nordlux offers a 15-year guarantee on all outdoor lamps in galvanized steel, corten, copper and brass. This guarantee applies to extensive corrosion in the form of holes in the metal caused by rust.

We focus on protecting our resources and the environment. This is one of the reasons why we have been FSC certified since 2016. FSC certification is about using trade forest products such as wood and paper from responsible sources, and ensuring clear traceability for the wood – all the way from forest to the finished product in the shop.

Responsible sources refers to local populations, animals and plant life being taken into consideration, that logging is done in an environmentally appropriate way and that the deforested areas are replanted.
