During the judicial emergency, the Court will hear by telephone conference any civil motion, special plea, demurrer, or other matter not requiring evidence. To request a telephone hearing in an assigned case, counsel should contact Mrs. Spivey at (757) 664-4594. The fifth full paragraph on page 3 of the Order Concerning Judicial Emergency of March 17, 2020, (restricting docket availability to urgent matters) is rescinded. The Clerk is ORDERED to post a copy of this order on his website and at the entrance to the Courthouse.
