CAMPUS TOURS
Join Headmaster Scott Kennedy on a campus tour and see just how much the campus has evolved. Tours will begin at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the main lobby. Get an inside look at our renovated biology and chemistry labs and student commons in the upper school, as well as the MakerLabs in the middle and upper school. If it’s been a few years since you’ve been on campus, you may find the Meredith Center for the Arts and the athletic complex with the Franklin & Mathas Family Fields to be pretty spectactular as well!

STUDENT CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS
Show your support for our student-led organizations by purchasing their unique merchandise or playing a game or activity. Funds raised at these booths directly support each club.
VENDOR MARKET Local and regional farmers, artisans, crafters and more will display their wares and specialty items at the Fall Fair. From fresh local produce to homemade preserves to expertly crafted jewelry, an assortment of goods will be available for guests to peruse.

Please complete the Vendors’ Market Registration Form online at NorfolkCollegiate.org/ Farmers-Market-Vendor-Registration if you are interested in participating or consider sharing this opportunity with a favorite artisan or local crafter that you may know! Norfolk Collegiate asks all participants abide by the following for the Vendors’ Market: 1 | Setup for vendors will start at 9 a.m. and must be complete by 10:45 a.m. All vendors must complete break down and depart by 4 p.m. 2 | Registration fee of $85 includes one 10x10 foot space in our market situated in the grassy area along Suburban Parkway. 3 | The back parking lots will not be available for unloading or loading for the Vendors’ Market, as they will be set up with other activities for Fall Fair. On-street parking for unloading and loading will be available to vendors on a first-come, first-serve basis. 4 | Vendors must provide their own table(s), tent and/or table coverings, if desired, as long as everything fits within their 10x10 foot space. 5 | Each vendor should bring his/her own shopping bags to use. 6 | Norfolk Collegiate staff and Fall Fair volunteers are not responsible for assisting in vendor set up, sales or break down. 8 | All vendors must email a photo of their products and/or booth display to jstump@norfolkcollegiate.org to complete their registration. WEATHER POLICY: Collegiate is not responsible for property or merchandise that may be damaged due to the weather. The school reserves the right to prohibit displays and tents dependent on weather conditions.
