Kits will be delivered to the addresses provided upon purchase. The recipe will be provided in a separate email with additional information. Enjoy a private concert with Lewis McGehee, bottom right. A prominent force in the Virginia music scene, McGehee’s acoustic sound is one that many people flock to around town. Virtual tickets are $20 through Oct. 15. 1. Starting at noon on Tuesday, Oct. 13, text “MYSTERY” to 71760. You will receive a text message that prompts you to register. Once registered, you will be able to look at and bid on items in the auction. You must pre-register a credit card to view the items. If you are a winning bidder, you will be able to change that card prior to payment. 2. Bidders are able to sort silent auction items by categories (Tots & Teens, Home & Garden, Men & Women, Entertainment and Restaurant Row). 3. All silent auction items will close at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17. 4. Winning bidders will receive a link to check out at the end of the night (8 p.m.) At this point, winning bidders will be able to review their purchases and payment information. *If this step is not completed, the card on file will be charged the following week. 5. For troubleshooting, please contact the development office at 757.480.2348. Members will be available from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday. 6. Items may be picked up at the middle and upper school campus on Monday, Oct. 19, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 20, through Friday, Oct. 23, from 2-4:30 p.m. • When you arrive, please pull in front of the Scribner Belltower and call the development office at 757.480.2348. Your items will be brought out to you at that time for contactless delivery. 1. The live auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17, and will remain open until 8 p.m. All items in this section will be available to bid on simultaneously. There will be no auctioneer. 2. If you are the final bidder, you will be notified via text message when the section closes. 3. Winning bidders will receive a link to check out. At this point, you are able to review your purchases and payment information. *If this step is not completed, the card on file will be charged the following week. 4. Items may be picked up at the middle and upper school campus on Monday, Oct. 19, from 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. and Tuesday, Oct. 20, through Friday, Oct. 23, from 2-4:30 p.m. • When you arrive, please pull in front of the Scribner Belltower and call the development office at 757.480.2348. All sales are final. There will be no exceptions or refunds on items except when specified. No cash refunds will be given for any reason. The Internal Revenue Code permits you to deduct the amount that exceeds the fair market value of the item purchased at the auction. The fair market value will be given with your receipt. Norfolk Collegiate and the contributors are not responsible for authenticity or defect in any item and make no warranty in connection with any item. Any school liability for auction items ceases with the purchase.
